I would give 5 stars purely for the bed itself — it is absolutely beautiful, great quality, and looks even better in person. I’m genuinely so happy with the product.
However, I do need to knock one star off due to the stress and poor experience caused by the courier used for delivery.
Initially, I was given less than 24 hours’ notice for delivery. I understand the website states up to 48 hours’ notice, but being called at 3pm and told delivery would be at 10am the next morning is not manageable for people who work full-time. I had to rearrange for the following week and take a day off work to be available.
The day before my rearranged delivery, I was then told my slot would be between 6am–8am. While I appreciate efficiency, 6am for a large furniture delivery is completely unreasonable and, in my opinion, disrespectful to customers. These are unsociable hours, and expecting someone to be awake before 6am to accept a bed delivery is not acceptable customer service. When I asked for a more specific time, the courier couldn’t provide one.
To make matters worse, I then received a text message from the driver at midnight confirming a 7am arrival. Being contacted at midnight regarding a delivery is highly inappropriate and unprofessional. It added unnecessary stress the night before and is not what I would consider acceptable customer service.
There was also some confusion on my part about installation — I believed I had paid for it when I hadn’t. This was resolved with Pay Weekly Beds the night before delivery. Unfortunately, the courier’s response regarding this was rude and dismissive, with a clear “not my problem” attitude. That said, the actual driver on the day was polite, understanding, accepted payment for installation, and assembled the bed with no issues. He was professional and helpful.
I do understand that many of these issues relate to the courier, but this is a delivery company Pay Weekly Beds have chosen to use in the Gloucestershire area. Because of this, I do feel the seller should take some responsibility for the poor communication and disrespectful and unprofessional delivery practices.
Overall, I love the bed and the end result — I just hope delivery communication and time slots can be improved for future customers.

Needed a bed quickly after being scammed on facebook marketplace, went to the showroom and was such an easy process. Glen was amazingly friendly and knowledgeable. Went home to measure and then made the purchase. Bed arrived well packaged and was easy to put together. Have already recommended Pay Weekly Beds UK to my friends and family.

I loved my bed when I first received it i had to leave my bed for an over a year and I got it back it was not in used by anyone, since I had the bed in my new property the baseboard been breaking and really really flimsy my partner who is 9st was wiggling side to side as a joke and went through the bed, upon inspecting the bed it be made with cupboard not plywood or mdf cupboard with wood plank going through it, I haven’t slept property since I used it it’s uneven as the baseboard hasn’t been done properly, I have took photo of this “plywood” peeling and ripping like cupboard im absolutely gutted as now im paying off this bed still and I need to get a new one because of cheap materials used 😭

The bed is great but when it got delivered there was only one delivery driver and I live on the 4th floor in a block of flats which they knew this. There is 2 lifts in the building which are small. If it wasn't for my son being there and my friend, the mattress, headboard and the base would have had to be left downstairs for anyone to take. I'm recovering from pneumonia which I've had all winter and I have got diagnosed with COPD 3 months ago. I also have disabilities and so does my partner who has to rely on a wheelchair. So this is why I have put a very low score.

Good quality products, good customer service, and a great scheme for people who can't afford to pay for new beds straight up so paying weekly or monthly is a great option.

Love my bed and delivery was great

I purchased my item a while ago. But it was straight forward to use. Got the item paid of a while ago. They was able to take monthly payments instead of weekly to suit my budget. Bed is as described and look in the picture.

Really simple. Pay deposit, make 4 weekly payments then pay delivery charge. Paid the delivery invoice on Sunday bed was delivered today (Wednesday)
Very good quality sturdy bed.
Bed instructions did say 2 people to build it but I did it on my own easy enough.

Used the chat function on website a couple of times to ask questions and was always answered quickly

Definitely recommend and would definitely use them again.

Buying from pay weekly beds UK was so easy. I went to the warehouse and selected the bed design i liked, then fabric and colour. Great that each bed is custom made to order. The grey plush velvet is stunning. I wasn't planning on a new mattress but tried a couple then laid on the cool gel mattress. Immediately fell in love with it. I selected the assembly service and within 3 weeks had my new ottoman bed and gel mattress delivered and setup. My weekly payments stated after delivery. I am here at the store again today to buy some of the memory foam pillows they sell. Thanks to all at Pay weekly beds.

I saw some adds on Facebook regarding their ex display furniture.. i started searching for reviews but they didn't have any reviews on trust pilot surprisingly so i thought to post mine ...
It looks exactly like the pictures... Good quality.. looks luxurious and expensive.. height of the headboard is 54" which is added advantage as we have to pay lot of money to buy that size. Ofcourse as it was ex display didn't have colours to choose from. So my suggestion is .. go for this company. Communication is easy and helpful customer service. Delivery was on time.
