Great quality monitor arms that are easy to install and adjust. They’ve improved my posture and freed up desk space, making my workspace much more comfortable and organised. PB website was easy to navigate.

Never buy from PB Tech. They are absolutely useless and refuse to communicate in any way shape or form. Please save yourself the hassle. I wish I had have read the reviews prior to purchasing. Absolute disgrace.

I purchased an “A-grade refurbished” laptop and what I received was nowhere near that standard.

The device arrived with significant cosmetic damage, including heavy wear around ports, widespread external scratching, a large permanent mark on the lid, and even a visibly bent cooling vent. This is not minor wear - it looks much closer to C grade condition, and the physical deformation raises concerns about durability and airflow.

I contacted support immediately (Tuesday night) with clear photos and a detailed explanation. As of Monday afternoon, the ticket is still sitting unassigned with no response, despite showing as “updated” in their system. I’ve also attempted to follow up and call, but was only directed back into the same unresolved ticket process.

At this point, the issue is not just the condition of the product, but the complete lack of customer support or accountability.

If you’re advertising A-grade, customers should be able to trust that definition - and expect at least a basic level of communication when something goes wrong.

I was looking to buy an Oppo Find x9. PB was running their Easter special which for all intent and purpose offers a phone and watch combo for $1788. After making an online purchase I noted that there was no mention of the watch. I called PB the moment that they opened to query the sale. They referred to tiny light grey text in the banner advertising the watch only available 5-31 March. Displaying this promotion as an Easter Special and with only 3 days to purchase is clearly and perhaps intentionally misleading. I asked them to cancel the order but they suggested it might be too late. Nothing more heard...

I made two orders from PB Tech, the first a low cost item and the second an expensive item. This raised flags and I was required to send ID. This didnt delay the process and Im pleased this company is taking fraudulent credit card purchase seriously. The items were in stock and were delivered quickly. Their prices are good!

I'm based in Aus and items usually arrive within a week. Also the prices at PB are almost always the best you can find. i will be purchasing more from them in the future.
