Keyboard malfunctioning

Bought a monitor once, random switch readers started malfunctioning, thought it could've been my use or a one off case, got a new one since April 2025 now, not even a year old, premade by glorious themselves and already having the same issue, horrible quality for the price, better off building your own from aliexpres

amazing company

love the products cheaply price but not cheaply made. but the only reason i give 5 stars is due to the amazing customer support. my new model d i got was a bit faulty but thanks to the support staff i got a brand new mouse sent to me. i got a reply from them and they ordered the mouse for me all within 1 day love the company and will highly recommend.

Expensive and bad

A friend has this amazing looking but expensive keyboard. I decided to treat myself with some luxury so I bought a Glorious keyboard.
Don't do the same!
It looks and feels good but it doesn't work and the customer support is a robot vomiting up automated answers. The keyboard constantly loses its bindings (ctrl+z doesn't work for an example) so I have to update it all the time. A simple thing as getting a "Home"-key to work isn't possible or rather can't be explained by their AI-robot answering customer support. Big disappointment so far.

Faulty mouse within 1 year of purchase & resistant returns

The email I received to an in-warranty mouse that double clicked randomly hence could not capture evidence, never buying again, buy razer instead had no issues.

Please record a short UNEDITED video showing your issues. We need to see 3 essential things in one single video to assess the situation properly and offer the best resolution possible:
1. Order ID (From your email receipt/order history, starts with a # followed by 5-7 digits)
2. Serial No (depending on when your mouse unit was manufactured, the S/N can be found on the bottom of the mouse, the product box the mouse arrived in, or the tag that is glued on the cable near the USB jack)
3. A quick demonstration of the issue.
Please record a short video with your phone or a similar external camera, clearly showing all 3 aforementioned things. You can then:
- Upload it to your Google Drive and share the generated link of the video with us. Don't forget that once the file has been uploaded, you need to right-click on it, click on "SHARE", and then pick "Anyone with the link" under "General Access" so that we can see it.
- Alternatively, you can upload the video to website x, and share the generated link of the video with us in your response.

NOTE 1: All three things (Serial number, Order ID, Demo of the mouse issue) need to be shown in the SAME video.
NOTE 2: If you didn't purchase the product directly from Glorious, please get in touch with the store/retailer you purchased it from to discuss your warranty options. If they are not able to help, kindly get back to us with the suggested video so we can assist you further. In this case, you would need to provide us with the invoice/proof of purchase/receipt you got from the retailer. This should be included in the video you send to us. Alternatively, if you received the product as a gift, kindly try getting in touch with the person who gifted it to you and ask that they provide you with basic proof of purchase that we can use before offering a resolution.

Worst product/company ever. Would NOT recommend to my worst enemy

I own the Model D wireless, absolutely the worst product experience I've ever had. Two wired one's broke on me, they refused to offer a refund. The mouse software doesn't stay connected, the battery life is the worst I've ever seen, and the most stops working sometimes when you plug it in. worst product, worst company ever, would never buy again.

Ordered a Compact 60 from what I…

Ordered a Compact 60 from what I assumed to be a reputable company. Immediately I noticed the left shift key was missing the plastic stem on the inside meaning it can’t be sat on top of a switch! Wont be buying from them again and cant honestly recommend.

Worst support ever!

Worst support ever!
Was promised a new mouse, but never got anything, no replies when I emailed them. Waited 3 months with silence. Only when I messaged them on Reddit, I got a reply. Then I was swiftly banned from the reddit with 0 explanation. Disgusting company all of them are crooks

After being impressed with the Gmmk1…

After being impressed with the Gmmk1 and Model O, I decided to upgrade both. World's of difference! V2 of both products is so much worse then their predecessor. keyboard LED works only sometimes. Mouse battery drains in an instant.
Never again! Lost a customer!

Mouse review

I can only say positive things about glorious, i ordered glorious mouse to Macedonia and i got it in a decent time period. The mouse is perfect and has no problems. Customer service and live chat are also perfect. Big up to glorious, one of a kind!

Never Again

Keyboards feel cheap despite being flouted as mechanical. I am going back to Corsairs and the other main brands. Just plain aweful. You also pay a lot of money for no quality.
Customer support is also aweful, my keyboard broke after less than 6 months and they tried to offer me a different model because mine wasn't available. Very much copy paste an answer is their service policy.

Glorious Review and aftersales Support

I purchased a Model O wireless and fell in love. The holes did put me off a bit when watching videos but in person, it is one of the coolest mice ever!! The mouse developed battery problems after a year's worth of daily use and when reaching out to Glorious they immediately assisted. I was quite sad about my mouse but they understood my situation and immediately helped. They definitely went the extra mile. By far the best support I have ever received. You gained a lifetime supporter!!

Great support

Great support. My Model O Minus mouse developed a squeaky mouse wheel after a few weeks of use. I messaged support and within a day they offered a replacement mouse or store credit.

Happy with how this was handled and continued to shop with them as a result.

Lack of support

I got a Glorious mouse last Christmas, a Model D Wireless. A few months ago it slowly began double-clicking when I meant to single-click.
I reached out to their support and this is the answer I got:

"Hello xxx,
We apologize for the inconvenience but are happy to help.

Are they serious? Instead of just asking me to send in the mouse, so they can test it themselves, then I need to do these steps before they even begin to think about replacing it under warranty.
If I didn't know the brand, I would think they were a company that sold cheap products. But they charge a premium for a mouse that can't even last a year?
I'm not here to discuss it, I'm just here to share my experience with their "support". I won't be spending my money on Glorious products again.

Best customer support EVER

I dont even know what some reviews are talking about i litterally got refunded twice and got free shipping both times and got to keep BOTH DEFECTIVE UNITS, all of that could be summed up to one single day nearly 20 emails back and forth, yes yes their quality control might be sh!t but their customer support might be the only "too good to be true" thing that is true
