I ordered a laptop screen and battery from pctech.co.in on December 10, 2023. I was asked to pay an additional ₹100 for expedited delivery (2-4 days), bringing the total order amount to ₹18,599. Despite multiple follow-up calls, the screen was only delivered on December 28, 2023, a delay of 18 days.

Upon installation, the screen turned out to be a defective Chinese product that never worked. Additionally, pctech.co.in refused to accept a return. I strongly advise against ordering from this website.
