Using Professional CV Writing Ltd was the best solution when looking to change career direction after 30 years.
Ryan, from day one of our "zoom call" through endless communication for modified CVs and CL was always positive, upbeat and helpful. I would certainly add Professional CV Writing to my networking list and can say you will have everything you need with them!

As soon as I made contact, I was sent friendly and concise emails. I was connected with Mike O'Malley and he emailed me the same day, offering a variety of times to chat via Zoom. When we did chat, he was so friendly, kind and patient. He was so supportive he gave me confidence with my life experiences. It was like talking to a friend. Fantastic experience and my CV looks amazing! I would recommend anyone to use this company, I really would.

Nigel was extremely professional during the process of writing my CV. On top of the keyword research and the technical writing, he also provided me instructions on how to approach Job descriptions and which elements I should pay attention to. Feedback for improvement will be to also be aware of cognitive biases that the recruitment process possesses and learn ways to address these in the stuff we put on our CVs.

After 30 years in the Navy, transferring my skills were made simple by Sarah. Not only did she edit my CV to be the professional standard it should have been, but she went above and beyond in understanding any confusion I had and assisted in turning military language into the real world terminology. Outstanding service and well recommended.

I wasn't sure initially whether it would be worth having my CV written professionally but after working with Professional CV Writing and the improvements they have made I can't recommend them enough.

Jemma did a fantastic job by first asking me some questions in order to ensure I’m assigned the right consultant for my needs.
I then was assigned with Joshua who was simply brilliant! I was extremely impressed by the amount of communication we had and by the level of care and detail he put in.
Joshua crafted a CV and Cover letter that fit me perfectly and showcased my strengths in a number of ways I hadn't even thought about!
Also, his advice and tips were of particular help to me. He really went above and beyond and I can't thank him enough!

I've had the absolute pleasure of working with Christie over the last fortnight on my executive CV. The difference is startling and I have, for the first time, a CV that I am proud of and actually sells me for the person I am. Christie has been extremely responsive and intuitively knew what needed to be done, making my input limited. I received my CV and CL after a week from second appointment with the consultant, which is good, and in the end I am quite happy with the documents, but still need to make some small updates.
I was hoping that assigned to my case Mohammed would be more helpful here though! I am very unhappy about the communication with him, I got the impression he was patronising me while talking to me and he was not responsive to my emails and I felt like not too much effort has been put in my case. Since my CV was sent, he told me it's the final version thought I knew I can ask for an update. I am still chasing him for reply to my email from week ago as I am unhappy with a thing or two in my CV.

Carol developed and delivered an effective management CV as well as LinkedIn branding and profiling for me. Her excellent work resulted in a significant increase of interest in my profile leading to further invitations to interview for the roles I wanted. Nigel Benson is the man.
The difference between the CV I done myself and the one I got back from Nigel are night and day.
It takes a couple of weeks to get the final product but you won't be disappointed.
To put things into perspective, my CV got me 1 serious interview in 3 weeks. Once I uploaded Nigel's version of my CV I got 6 interview within a week. If that's not impressive I don't know what is.
I now have a job offer and this is in part thanks to Nigel. He went above and beyond what I was expecting and he is a credit to your company.
For anyone who is umming and ahhing over whether to pay for this I can say whole heartedly it is worth every penny. For one it relieves the stress over producing your own good cv + secondly it gives you the confidence that you're coming across in the best possible way on your CV.

Last year I decided that it was time to do everything that I could to make a push at getting a job with a professional sports team which isn't an easy task and very competitive.
After using the free CV rating service my eyes were opened to how much irrelevant detail I had on my CV and how much was missing.
