Our records show that the manual linked to this order was successfully delivered and downloaded.

The concern raised afterward related to a limited variation affecting 2 pages within a manual of approximately 900 pages covering multiple model years. Despite this, we offered a goodwill refund, even though our Terms of Service clearly state that downloaded digital products are non-refundable.

For that reason, describing this fulfilled transaction as a “scam” is inaccurate, misleading, and harmful to a service we have operated for over a decade. The product was supplied, and the issue was a post-delivery suitability dispute, not fraud or non-delivery. We remain available to resolve genuine concerns through our support channels.

I accidentally purchased the fuel


I accidentally purchased the fuel injected service manual for my bike instead of the carbureted version. I didn’t think I would be able to “exchange” since it was a download and not a physical manual. The FI version was useless to me since the whole reason I was buying the service manual was to service the carb.

I emailed them and they were super nice and cool about it and helped me figured out which manual it was that I needed emailed it to me at no additional cost. Afterwards they continued to follow up with me just to be certain it was the right one. Seriously, a great service and great people. Very legit.
