Site Plan Modification

I needed to add a small rectangle with dimensions to an existing site plan pdf created with a drawing program. Your software allowed me to make the necessary changes to to old site plan pdf.

The website take great care to make the…

The website and service works exactly as advertised.

I even made an oppsie and accidentally subscribed to the service, despite only wanting to use it one time.

I then wrote a highly agitated email to the staff (which honestlywas not my best look). They, within 30 minutes, responded and refunded my money, and were absolutely professional.

Great team and service.

They have actively deceptive pricing, no free editing unless you don't want to keep the edit

The site clearly says "free PDF editing", but if you want to keep the edits, you are directed to a pay portal. I signed up for the 3 day access, and downloaded my modified pdf. I then was surprised to find they were trying to bill my card for a monthly subscription. The site does an adequate job of PDF editing, the cost is deceptive at best

Very frustrated and very misleading

Very frustrated and very misleading - when I clicked on the website from a Google search it very clearly said it was free to use. After spending ages editing my PDF and finally getting to the end they suddenly say that you need to pay to download the file. Very misleading, absolutely not free as they claim.
