They did were well

I’m delighted my prescription is able to be posted through my letter box. I’m finding this a wonderful service, I don’t have to go to the pharmacy each month.

Not sure what the point of the messages giving a time window for delivery is. Every delivery has been way outside these times.
UPDATE:
1/5/25 text received at 0852 says will deliver between 0724 & 0825 - which doesn’t make sense. Actually delivered 1030.
16/5/25 text says deliver 12-1pm but delivered 2.34pm.
It means the Estimated delivery texts aren’t really that helpful.

Good service. Very useful. Almost always receive notice by text before delivery and delivery is timely.

Received 2 prescriptions this afternoon, had messages saying they were being delivered today, and they were.
The only thing I'm unhappy about, was that the driver refused to take the sharps box, which was full and sealed , he said this was because in the past a sharps box had been collected and wasn't sealed properly. He could clearly see ours was closed correctly. Said they wouldn't be taking them in the future. And we would have to get rid of it ourselves, but they are not allowed to be put in the bin, and local chemists won't accept them.
