When it came time to purchase in car computers, past experiences lead me to Peacemaker Technology. I can honestly say that I found that even with the company expanding, their service to their customers has remained their number one priority. Peacemaker isn't one of the best in the field, they are the best! Their service from start to finish is second to none. They set the bar and maintain a level of excellence that others can only hope to reach

A dependable company with great customer service. Prompt with any issues or part replacements when needed. Upgrades are always completed, even when replacing equipment. Highly recommend!

We are a two-time customer of Peacemaker Technologies. I love the fact that you can speak with the owners and when you call customer service, you speak with a person. Their equipment is better than others I have used, including other big names. It’s a one stop shop, with installation included. When we had issues, they were quick to fix. The warranty is second to none. We just reup our second subscription with five in-car installs and 10 computers. We have had no issues with anything in the last two years. Love the product and the people behind it. I highly recommend it.

When Peacemaker was initially presented to me, I liked the lease program that allowed for replacement at the end of the term. I did a 3-year lease and renewed with a 4-year lease. In addition, I like the equipment. I have had very few problems, and they have been immediately corrected once identified. The equipment is very reliable and user-friendly.

Peacemaker Technologies has been absolutely amazing to work with! They’re always available no matter the time of day, and that kind of service is hard to find nowadays! Their team is quick to schedule installation dates and the computers they provide are truly top of the line. It’s clear they care about quality and customer satisfaction. I have been dealing with Peace Maker for the last 5 years. I have never had any kind of issue with the technology that they provide. Peace maker is always making upgrades for the better of all Agencies. I have been dealing with there staff and at no time have there ever been any issues getting in touch with them or there service. When you call the service department you always get a person. All of the service personal always go above and beyond on service, not with just there technology but with any issues you may have. From the tablets to there ticket writers, they are always on point and know just what to do, to get it working and going. If for any reason that something does needs to be replace, they will send you what you need to keep you going until what you need fixed is back in your hands. When you receive your equipment back it is ready for you to plug it in and go. I would recommend Peace Maker to everyone to go with them, you cannot go wring with the company or there staff.
