Got a gorgeous item from this brand. It’s beautiful and so flattering on the figure. Aswell as this, the postage was quick and received a tracking email so communication overall was great. Would definitely recommend!

The products but also the range of delivery methods which made it possible to know when the package would arrive at a time convenient to me.

Not problem with the item purchased. What was absolutely wrong is that I paid extra for delivery in 24h and the parcel arrived after 3 days. At that time I had left my address. Very disappointing as I cannot see the reason to pay extra to have it delivered late.

Weeks of "discussion" only over chat, they are refusing to refund me saying the item showed signs of being used, which absolutely was not the case. The very expensive item doesn't come in any "bag" to protect it, so it may have had finger smudges where I held it to look at it. It went back in the same packaging it was received in immediately. The item was not described correctly on their site either (did not state "size" whereas other sizes of the same item did state the size, so the wrong item was ordered, hence it needed to be returned and exchanged for larger one. I won't be using this company again. Terrible customer service, they "can't make outbound calls" and they ping you on chat after the working day, close the cases without them being resolved. They are impossible to deal with.
Go to a large company instead.

There's a lot of variety on the site and they cater for everyone. The communication from start to finish with my order was great.
The products are fantastic and I highly recommend peaches and screams to my friends too.

Excellent communication and delivery. The lingerie was adorable, such a beautiful colour and so comfortable to wear! I definitely need some more pieces in my wardrobe from this company as they make me feel so sexy!
