Unsatisfactory Experience — Product Quality & Customer Support Issues

I purchased the Peachy Clean Pre+Probiotic Fiber Gummies expecting a quality health supplement. Unfortunately, the product I received was severely degraded and rancid, with a strong, unpleasant odor and taste. Consuming it resulted in severe gastrointestinal discomfort and illness.
When I contacted customer support at their email addres with photos of the product and batch information to request a resolution under their advertised satisfaction policy, I received no response. Multiple follow-ups were completely ignored.
Because the company has not provided support or honored their return policy, I have filed reports with the relevant regulatory authorities and initiated a payment dispute with my bank. Prospective buyers should be aware of these quality control and customer service issues before purchasing.

Scam I didn’t get my package either an I order two weeks ago…

If I could leave no star I would. Never receved them, no phone number to call. I had to open a dispute on credit card to get money back. Do not do business with them, there are a ton of other products out that do the same.

The product did not work for me. I've tried Pure for Men, which did work for me. So I figured gummies sounded fun and worth a try. Peachy Men did the exact opposite for me, it caused an upset stomach and abdomnial pain. After discontinuing use for 2 days, my symptoms started going away. The marketing emails are very predatory and gimmicky. That should have been a red flag for me but I ignored them. They "pretend" to be sending an internal email and then follow up apologizing say that email was supposed to be internal only all the while it was purposely crafted and designed to prey on consumers. Not a good look.

I ordered from them on May 3rd with return email saying it would be delivered May 12-14. Nothing shipped. I never got a ship email and repeated emails to the company get no response.

AVOID...I think this is a scam.

Other than the fact they advertise this with LOTS of social media ads targeted at gay men, it is nothing more than corn fiber and probiotic supplement. In fact the amount of both ingredients is less than you find in commercial products sold in stores and on Amazon. I tried their product and when I asked to use the 100% refund within 30 days they did not give me a full refund. They kept the $2+ sales tax, which is not how refunds work. That would be like if you went to a store and they didn't give you back 100% of what you paid the store. Sales tax is not kept when nothing was sold.

Sure, probiotics do help, but THAT'S NOT HOW THE HUMAN BODY WORKS! I can get the same thing for less than $5 at any grocery store near me!
