The best mobile banking experience I ever had
Found them researching high yield savings accounts to switch from another bank and am not disappointed. Mobile app is the best I ever seen. Works consistently and fast. My previous bank was slow, laggy and lucked a lot. This one is the best mobile app experience for a bank. Better than Marcus by Goldman Sachs, better than Flagstar Bank, better than My Banking Direct (MBD). All information and operations are available in the mobile app. The yield is the highest in the country.

They are keeping all my personal info
They are keeping all my personal info. Tried to open a saving acct with plenty of funds. Denied for NO reason and they will not explain. They are keeping all my personal data, SS#, bank and routing and will not delete it from their system. Will change my bank acct now as I do not trust them with my data..TERRIBLE company. What a scam

total scam , they will take your money without reason and hold it hostage again without reason. steer clear of these people unless you want the hassle

Terrible experience
Will not disclose why they denied a savings account application. After interacting with their customer service, I am glad it didn't get approved. I'm with the other reviews. They are rude and unprofessional.

JUST DON'T
JUST DON'T. I'm sure any positive reviews on all review websites are fake. The rate will be lower than what is advertised once the account is open. Customer service gives answers that make absolutely no sense and are extremely rude. I requested that my account be closed and they refused. If you set up Plaid, make sure to login and disconnect from Idaho First Bank (Peak Bank's administrator). Also contact your bank to put an alert on your account in case Idaho First Bank gets your account info. This is a SCAM! I'm trying to figure out who else to report them to - DepositAccounts.com, Better Business Bureau, etc. I'm finding that all of these lesser-known banks are similar, so I'm planning to go with a major bank with a slightly lower rate.
