Thank you, Diane! Really glad you love the bag overall. The phone pocket is designed to fit most phones without a case, so a bulkier otter case can sometimes be a tight fit. A good workaround is simply using one of the other slip pockets for your phone while keeping the case on. On the left-handed note, that is actually useful feedback we will pass along to our product team as we continue to develop new designs.

On the wallets, they are RFID-blocking wallets, designed to protect your cards from electronic pickpocketing. Just slide your cards in and they are shielded from any unauthorized scanning. Perfection is exactly what we aim for, June, so this made us smile! It means a lot to hear that every detail came together for you, from the stitching and zippers to the key fob and the lighter interior lining. We put a lot of thought into each of those touches, so knowing they all landed is genuinely wonderful to hear.

Navy and olive are two of our favorites as well, great choice! And galavanting around town feeling secure is honestly the best possible use for a Peaksta bag.

The bright orange lining is actually a deliberate design choice we are really proud of. It makes it significantly easier to spot your belongings at a glance inside the bag, especially in low light situations like airports, restaurants or busy transit. No more digging around for your phone or passport! It also serves as a quick visual confirmation that nothing has been left behind. We find that once customers get used to it, it becomes one of their favorite details.

On the left vs right hand use, we appreciate that note and will pass it along to our product team as useful feedback.
