De ten onrechte gereserveerde bedragen op mijn creditkaart svp annuleren. Emerald en escalatieteam hebben mij geholpen en toegezegd dat de reserveringen teniet worden gedaan.

This company is secretly hiding behind the rituals.com website. When you receive a birthday gift coupon from support at ritualtop.com, never order because it's a scam. Once you order from the email button provided, it will lead you to pedalvendor.com which looks like you are ordering from rituals homepage. Then, they will sign you up to this company. This company then withdraws money from your credit card even if you have the authorization to go through. Somehow this company bypasses those and steals money from your account. They stole initial 9euro + 18.80 euro + another 9 euro. They are able to bypass bank authorization because they charge it as monthly subscription so they automatically withdraws money from your credit card. Extremely Careful of this scam company. Extremely dangerous fraud company. They will continue to lie and take your money every single day

J'ai effectué un achat en pensant commander un article, mais j'ai découvert ensuite qu'un abonnement VIP avait été ajouté. Après contact avec le service client, l'abonnement a finalement été annulé, mais le remboursement annoncé n'a toujours pas été reçu.
On m'a demandé de laisser un avis positif avant la confirmation du remboursement, ce qui me paraît être une pratique très discutable. Je partage donc mon expérience pour informer les autres clients : soyez prudents et vérifiez bien les conditions avant de payer.

Kunde Support über KI, bei mehrfacher Nachfrage wird dann einer angeblichen Rückerstattung zugestimmt, wenn man hier bei Trustpilot mindestens mit 4 der 5 Sternen bewertet.
