I purchased the Pedibal Navigata Folding Electric Bike with DVSA Certified throttle on the Buy & Try scheme. Unfortunately, due to medical issues it wasn’t for me and sadly I had to return it. I received excellent customer support from Mark who immediately organised a full refund. Top man!

Service is first class and their products are brilliant. I personally wasn’t keen on the Navigata ll but my daughter loves it. As to the Maxima, I am very happy with it. Although it is quite a heavy bike, it is also very comfortable to ride,. I decided to have a throttle approved on both bikes which makes a big difference as I am in my early 70s with breathing problems.

The Pedibal Navigata Mk2 comes highly recommended.For the price and bike setup , the pedibal navigata is excellent value and a great investment. From the test ride, ordering to pickup , Mark Price (aka RG) and the team provided excellent customer service.
This bicycle is perfect for commuting around town.

Straight talking do what they say they will do,easy to order things, prompt delivery. Great to deal with and being able to buy a totaly legal bike and have a certificate to prove it helps greatly.

This is my first e-bike and I was after something a bit different. What i was looking for brought my search to Pedibal's e-cruiza which ticked all the boxes.
I had some reservations dealing with a 'smaller' distributor given the costs involved but the good reviews have stacked to a real world experience.
Thanks to Mark for fielding my 101 pre and post delivery questions personally and without delay. Even post delivery Pedibal have answered my queries without hesitation.

Contacted and ordered on line and Pedibal could not have been more helpfull. I ordered my e-cruisa and it arrived within 5 days.
Fully road legal and the paperwork to prove it.
The bike is great, I found it a little difficult to get on it due to my hip replacements, ut is getting easier now, The twist throttle made all the differance as it is difficult for me to pedal. And i am quite happy to travel at 15. miles per hour.
Once again thank you Pedibal.
I will be back when i need anything else.
