My cousin actually booked this service from America as my Aunt was visiting. The cab driver arrived and then messaged me to let me know her was outside. He helped my aunt with her cases, he was polite and friendly and got my Aunt safely to the airport. Thank you

My friend, who books ride for peliccan ,company said most peliccan driver rating is very high than 4.75. This way, you'll be waiting a long time to get a peliccan ride. I think if a passenger's rating is lower than 4.50, it's almost impossible to get it
