Beware! You have to pay for the returns and when they receive the product they don't refund. I had my return tracked. They have had the jacket back, but no refund. Their email responses don't address my questions at all. This could be a scam as the jacket was meant to be XL but was barely a medium Europen size. Very dodgy!

No option to return other than contact their email which they don't respond too

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The boots I received are nothing like what was shown in the product photos. In the pictures, they look stylish and exactly what I was hoping for, but what arrived was a very cheap and poorly made imitation. The quality is terrible, the material feels flimsy, and the boots are so uncomfortable that they can’t realistically be worn. This product feels like a low-quality substitute rather than what was advertised. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible service .I wanted a refund and was ignored.It came from china and had to wait along time for my boots to arrive. Quality is rubbish, pretends to be French but is really Chinese. NEVER BUY FROM PERULIA YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!

Ordered - Loïc | Men's Aviator Jacket — Vintage Style & Guaranteed Warmth. What a load of rubbish, in the image it looks nice and at £139 you expect some quality. Arrived today, thin as a t-shirt and looks like a woman’s coat, ordered large doesn’t fit. Was stuffed into a plastic bag and came from China. What a waste of money, actually a scam as its nothing like the image. Will let the dog lie on it as an expensive blanket. Avoid.

Supply poor quality previously obviously worn clothes, crumpled and badly stuffed in a bag.. incorrect sizes.. no tags.. refuse to issue refund.. hard to communicate with.
Awkward.

Veramente pessimo come sito. Ho acquistato gilet da uomo che non andavano bene per la taglia. Ho effettuato il reso nei tempi previsti (con spese di spedizione a Parigi a mio carico) ma sono circa tre mesi che ancora attendo il rimborso e ad ogni email dí aggiornamenti rispondono in modo vago. Veramente diffidate e non comprate da questo sito.
