I have not received my order yet, as I just order five minutes ago lol but so far my experience is great finding the stuff and ordering it online on their website. I have been using this product insyler for many years and I was looking to find one which I can take anywhere while traveling but couldn’t find the dual voltage one of if I see some on Amazon or different website they don’t mention if it’s dual voltage or not but tie is the first website which mentions all the features of their products including their voltage strength …. When I saw that on Devydenver website I order that hair styling tool right away. So far very happy 😊

It’s been two weeks since I placed my order and am still waiting for an update on my delivery. Doesn’t appear to be happening anytime soon. I would rather pay more for a quicker delivery.
