Recently came in touch with a member of staff called Sarah, I’d like to begin by saying, what a lovely lady! I’ve had no issues with her she helped with a minor problem and gave me a 10/10 experience hope to speak again!

Great company & Staff Oleysa is the best:)
Olesya has been our account manager and has been incredibly supportive and amazing throughout. She is always available when needed, taking the time to go through products with us and offering valuable guidance. Lady very helpful
Lady very helpful. Would have given 5 stars but didn't seem fair to be charged twice because your courier lost my parcel. I don't see why you can't take the brunt of the cost of the 2nd order until the 1st one is located?

Pencarrie has been very supportive as a supplier and this year we have moved a step up marking them as our prime supplier for all goods. Tracey from their team is extremely helpful and so are the other members of the staff.

Pencarrie = Number 1!!
We’ve been using Pencarrie for around nine years now, and honestly, we wouldn’t go anywhere else!
The team are absolutely incredible. Nothing is ever too much trouble. On the rare occasion there may be a slight (which is VERY infrequent), it’s dealt with and resolved straight away.
Their brand range is fantastic, and the ordering system is so easy to use.
They also offer the BEST giveaways… I’ve just won an iPad — I mean, GET IN!
I always find myself smiling at their social media posts. You can genuinely tell the staff love working there, and that positivity shines through in everything they do.
From start to finish and then through to brand ambassadors and account managers...all top people!
Thank you, as always, for being so amazing. Our business is incredibly proud to work with such a fantastic company!
PS, watch out for Sarah - she will have you laughing a LOT at your desk!

My customer service
I requested an update to our records as I was receiving e-mails that were irrelevant to my department. Both Hannah and Nikisha responded promptly advising this had been done with Hannah also advising she would endeavor to get the rest of the team to follow the updated notes. Time will tell but I can't ask for more. Great service by both.
