We were audited by Peninsula as part of our Health & Safety Compliance procedures recently and found the auditor Brian Smyth extremely helpful. He made contact with us in advance of his arrival to advise that he could attend a little earlier than the arranged time if that was suitable and we facilitated him. on his arrival he conversed with all staff members respectfully. We found him to be helpful and he offered many suggestions as to how we could improve our procedures.

We recently engaged Cain Toombs to review our Employee Attendance and Sickness Absence Policy, and we were very impressed with the service he provided.

Cain was extremely responsive, professional and thorough throughout the process. His advice was clear and practical, and importantly, he took the time to explain the reasoning behind his recommendations rather than simply telling us what changes should be made. This gave us a much better understanding of how to manage attendance and sickness absence appropriately while ensuring that our policy remains compliant with Irish employment law.

When we asked for the policy to be amended, Cain was also very helpful in incorporating the recommended changes and providing us with a clean, updated version that was ready for use.

Noel is straightforward and easy to understand. Has an understanding of the work environment which is very important. A very enjoyable course from a good communicator.
