Could not find it in California
Love Animapop, but it's impossible to find in the US. Ordered on Thursday night and I had it Wednesday afternoon. Great price, fast shipping. A pleasure to do business with you.

Thank you for your review on trustpilot and we do hope you will enjoy wearing your shoes. Deliveries to the US are expensive indeed but this way of shipment as we choose to do garantees a fast and sure delivery within 5 days. For many customers the advantage of not paying the tax which covers a large part of the shipment costs is important to decide buying at our site.

Please consider not using DHL as it is very expensive and you always have to pay customs.

Dear miss,
Thank you for your review on trustpilot and your constructive critic. We do use DHL because many clients do ask for a fast delivery as DHL delivered your shipment within 5 days after ordering. However it is always possible to send it in a different way with the normal post. It is true that this is less expensive but our experience shows that to Canada and other overseas areas the time of delivery can go up till 1 month or more. Customs is maybe less frequent with the normal post but can happen there as well. Also the percentage of loss is above the 10 % with the normal post. Out of this reason we do not recomend the normal post but we are always open for any suggestion or wish from our clients.
