First order from this company. Order came as ordered in a timely manner. However, now that I have placed an order I can no longer access their website. Not sure what is going on now. Could have been higher score but now seems sketchy.

Order was rejected by customs

Update 26Aug2025:
Customer support reached out today, apologized and stated they are issuing a refund.

Order was rejected by customs. I reached out to the company several days ago about my tracking status showing its been stopped by customs and returned to shipper, they have not responded to this situation or my request for a refund. I'm going to file a fraud charge with my credit card company if they don't respond by the end of the day to get my refund.

Not a happy customer

They shipped my products on the 7th has not arrived and have been stuck in Ohio for over a week. Emailed the company they messaged back but with out a solution. Shipment should be time sensitive if it is to remain cold and viable. But by the the time it reaches me it won't be

Awesome customer service. 5 stars!

Awesome product!! No mixing 5 stars
In the beginning there was no shipping to hawaii...they contacted me and said hey! We see what we can do to change this, one day later now there is shipping to hawaii. Huge hats off to them for this.

Secondly I didn't know how to use the pen tech support gave me an easy to read and u understand email of dosage and use of product!!

People its a no brainer. 3rd party tested high quality product and ease of use!

Never received the item at the


Never received the item at the estimated day and time and it requires a signature! So now I don’t know when it is going to arrive and most likely won’t be anyone there to sign for it !!

Product came a little warm, should be kept 36-46 according to their site. Should be fine over short times just worrysome

Our products are stabilised in a special way that allows them to withstand higher temperatures during the initial few days when the delivery takes place. The same technology keeps them in stable for at least 5 months when stored in a fridge. We still prefer to put the products in a cooling box with ice just to make sure that they stay cooled for as long as possible and with the 4-5 days of delivery time we guarantee that they should be in great condition as long as you keep them in a fridge after opening the box.
