I was able to choose the pen I wantedâŠ
I was able to choose the pen I wanted and to put the logo on it that I liked. The pen does not write well though. I was so disappointed. Every time I go to write with it, it does not write and I have to scribble on a piece of paper to get the ink going.

Received wrong color of pens
We loved our pens, the design came out amazing and the style was great but we received a shipment of 500 pens in the wrong color. We had ordered them with the pink grip and purple writing but the pens came completely white and purple. We were on a time crunch as these pens were for an event so we did not return them but, we were disappointed that the color came in completely wrong.

Leider entspricht die gelieferte Ware in mehreren Punkten nicht unseren Erwartungen. Die bestellten Kugelschreiber weisen erhebliche QualitÀtsmÀngel auf, da bei mehr als der HÀlfte der Minen keine einwandfreie Schreibfunktion gegeben ist.
Auch die Karabiner-SchlÌsselanhÀnger Ìberzeugen nicht: Bereits nach kurzer Nutzungsdauer zeigen sich deutliche Abnutzungserscheinungen, insbesondere fransende Materialien, wodurch die Produkte insgesamt einen minderwertigen Eindruck vermitteln.
DarÃŒber hinaus ist der Kundenservice aus unserer Sicht unzureichend. Es zeigt sich weder Kulanz noch Entgegenkommen bei Reklamationen. Zudem empfinden wir die wiederholten telefonischen Kontaktaufnahmen als aufdringlich, teilweise sogar unangemessen im Tonfall.
Das zuletzt unterbreitete Angebot erschien uns trotz beworbener Rabatte weiterhin Ìberteuert und steht in keinem angemessenen VerhÀltnis zur gebotenen QualitÀt. Im Vergleich dazu sind bei anderen Anbietern deutlich bessere Preise und Leistungen erhÀltlich.

I like the pens but engraving is too small
I like the pens. I like the engraving but I wish with the mock up that I could see how small the writing is. Be sure to look at the word sizing before you accept. Itâs a bit too small for what I like.
