Amazing Staff Member called Joe who has a quick, considerate and effective way in handling his clients, top tier communication and overall does his job well. I would recommend Joe to anyone and everyone.

Just waste of time, communication is so poor. I was called to the Birmingham brunch to register and a test, after that have never been contacted again, all the agents work in a bad will. I don't know how these employment agencies make any money to be honest

Phoned up a branch.not even offered a job .they want every thing about you from dob proof to work here name address phone number email ni number.i just told him if get job you get that and not prepared to sit there stupid childish exam a monkey could pass I did tests like this aged 6 at school.but then again they teach you nothing at school now just woke leftie crap.im 63 and to jump through hoops to get a shitty minimum wage job a d feel grateful is a no no.just treating people like child's.these agencies should all be shut down .no need but it save companies from taking people on .the agencies keep the job because after12 weeks they let you go for the next bunch of suckers ro start.cenario amazon would have 10 million workers.they advertise 24/7/365 0ngoing so where do these workers go .simple .sacked.after 12 weeks so don't get contract and the higher wage.thjs is .monkey work nkt degree level rocket science

Well I took the exam, I registered and they called me to work, I arrived at work where I was supposed to started and to have an induction and the security told me the agency did have a booking for that day after calling the agency and no answer, a lady calls bk me and tells me that in 2 weeks i will have the induction, ridiculous. Avoid this agency please

Signed up with the agency, advised of a job vacancy, subject to passing an exam. Passed the exam, sent confirmation of my site visit. No details were passed on to the manager, but I did the site visit anyway and was advised of the outcome later on in the day. Three days went by, and no response, so I emailed the contact, the branch manager and the regional manager as they were present at the visit. Rather than apologising for the lack of feedback, they used the excuse that we have been contacting you multiple times, but I had no missed calls or emails, with both forms of communication being used in the past, so no problems with details. No response from either manager shows a lack of respect for the candidates they hire.

Got a new job with these guys. Started my first shift today at manheims car auction in Rothwell Leeds. Work was fine, no issues until a customer racially verbally abused me. When I’ve raised the issue with another member of staff they told me there is nothing we can do. 10/15min later I get called into the office because the customer made a complaint against me. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, felt like I was ganged up on and when a fancy whatsapped me after the shift to see how I went on, they didn’t reply to me after telling them about today’s experience.

iv got two claims one from goverment SSP 7 days from february 2024 and second claim from ACAS Lubomir Rastica vs People Solution agency,case number 6016855/2024.Claiming 4 weeks of holiday,over 3 thousand pounds.

they are unfair when recruiting peoples,they don't treat people equally,they give advantage for specific individuals only.I would say the worst agency I have ever seen.

I have been employed by People Solutions as driver at Manheim’s Car Auctions in Bristol. I cannot praise Carly, Amber and the the team for all their help, support and professionalism. I have never and do not know any other of my colleagues having any trouble with wages or anything else come to that.

Been working for this agency for a couple of months now and been great getting work, been in the same job everyday since I started and been really good to get in contact with and great to talk too, highly recommend. All thanks for Danielle and Emily

This crap agency adverise fake jobs.
Reply with five mins if a new job comes up and they say its gone. Never have genuine work, just register people then give you pathetic feedback

This company was renamed as it had a really bad reputation. Again it is incompetent and owes £1000 due to end of contract. Still waiting for the cheque. Update they are not paying a cheque but want to openly see my bank details. Very unprofessional and unhelpful.

Avoid Avoid Avoid these cowboys and cowgirls at all cost, do not work for them as you will not be paid, simple as that, they will twist and turn and use every excuse in the book. Blame your missing wages on everybody but themselves. Never ever again.

Terrible company with backhanded tricks I worked 34 hours in a week they paid me for 26 hours. Not only that I was told to come in on my rest day, worked 2 hours then was sent home. In total they owe me an extra 10 hours. I’m pretty sure they have blocked my number and I am not able to contact them. Stay away from them.

Wish there was a no star option. Shocking comapny. Want to post screenshot of communication but don't know how. Proves how much they truly don't care about the staff.

Turned up to work one day at having gotten up at 4:40am in the morning to travel in. The supervisor says ''did your agency not contact you'' which they did not. I reached out to People Solutions who waited 2 days to TEXT me... that the volume had dropped and they now do not require me.

The worst experience in my life. Agency didn't pay for holiday and at work place bulling me. Please stay fare
