Ordered a dress and boots due to the constant spamming in my instagram, but the dress looked lovely Once delivered it is very cheap fabric, poor shape and totally awful - cannot return within the UK, only offering a 10% refund. The Boots are nowhere to be seen and they don't reply about this part of the order - please avoid this company at all costs. Terrible example of a mail order 'London' company.

Wish I’d checked here before buying from them. 100% scam. Entire process is designed to make it impossible to return and get a refund on terribly poor quality clothing. I hope the next person sees all these before purchasing. How do we get them banned from operating in the U.K.?

This is a scam. I ordered a jumper which never turned up. I had two emails from them apologising for the delay then nothing. They are still emailing me with offers. Do not place any orders with this company. Total scam.

Ordered a padded waterproof jacket as seen in the advertising a plastic unlined cheap jacket arrived. There is no phone number for this ?company? It gibpves the impression it’s a U.K. company in London but the products come from China.
It says full refund but you can’t contact t them. The I line 24/7 answers they say they give does not operate. DO NOT USE

Awful- I normally research better- do not buy. Even though they say ‘London’ under their heading they are not- they are based in China. Very cheap material and nothing like the picture. You cannot return and I was offered 30% refund.

Do not buy anything from this company. Money taken from my account and no goods have been delivered , 3 weeks later i am still chasing them via email!

Still not received my trousers tracking has been stuck on 3rd November 3 weeks

Total Scam !! Dress looked nothing like advertised. Cheap, shoddy material and couldn't even fit my head in the neck. Says that it takes returns but you scroll to end of page and its return to Asia !! Do Not Buy

Scam scam scam , wish I had read up about them before ordering . This will make me check everything in future. 18 emails so far and they will only refund 50% of the cost. Garment is cheap and nasty fabric, sizing all wrong, nothing like the one advertised. Read the reviews- don't let them fool you - they are not who you think they are- they shouldn't be allowed to advertise on social media , end of 🤬

I thought Peper and leafs was a London based company, I ordered some boots which took ages to arrive and the quality of them were awful and didn’t fit at all, also had a really bad chemical smell to them.
Tried to get a refund,they initially offered 10% and I refused and insisted on full refund. After going backwards and forwards with emails they then offered 60% refund which I decided to accept because if I sent them back I didn’t trust they would give me the full refund. Let’s see if I even get the 60% back.
It is outrageous that this company is allowed to trade in UK and not comply with UK laws, this really should be stopped. 🤬🤬

Hi all , bought an 18 , andnits too short on the arms , although the material isn't what it stated slightly cheaper ,I really like the colours and the style ,so I've popped it into a alterations shop for extra panel jn the arms as I'm still very fond.
Not worth 40 quid .

Just received my goods after a 4 week wait. The dress is absolutely awful! The boots are just terrible. I wish I had read these reviews before buying. Someone needs to stop these crooks!

Shame there’s no option for zero stars. Same experience as many others. Received shoes after a long wait and they are beyond awful quality, worth pennies, not the £35 I paid for them. Have asked for a refund and not heard a thing so presume I have been scammed. Feel like an idiot. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS 😣

been trying to get a refund on my dress for two weeks and they just won't honour the refund.

I am trying to look at spreading this via instagram and to contact Trading Standards as they DEFINITELY DO NOT HONOUR THE 'MONEY BACK GUARANTEE'.

Appalling products - cheap & nasty - and can’t return items as based in China with 2 weeks before you get it and then they say that it takes 6 weeks for returns to get to China office and they only pay out if product is returned within 30 days of order!!! Making it impossible to meet this criteria - absolutely disgraceful.

Don’t be dupped by a nice ad. Stay away

THEY SEND EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY CLOTHING THAT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICS ON WEBSITE THEN WHEN YOU TRY TO RETURN THEY OFFER YOU 10% REFUND TO SAVE YOU "HASSLE" (THEIR WORDS) OF SENDING BACK TO CHINA
