Habe 4 Ollas bestellt und leider sind 3 beim Transport zu Bruch gegangen. Über den Kundendienst habe ich sofort Ersatz erhalten und bin sehr erfreut dass dies so wunderbar geklappt hat !!!

Dont buy your presents here for anyone! You'll come empty handed in the end
I had a really bad experience with pepinplantcare. I ordered 6th of december and the package has not arrived yet, so I had to come empty handed to the Christmasparty. Very misleading advertisement on social media, that made me think I could buy a nice gift through this company. It was before I knew that pepinplantcare is an absolute incompetent company that cannot manage their orders at all. Also the customerservice is unhelpfull, after multiple times of complaining, I got the proposition of them to send my package via express delivery (which is taking a week still), stating nothing about extracosts. To my surprise I receive a bill from UPS for the expressdelivery, that I have to pay myself. So it took them 3 weeks to prepare the package and they want to make me pay extra for an "express delivery" that is just as slow as normal delivery for a package that arrives too late for the purpose it was bought for. No words. I dont recommand it to anyone and I will never buy there again.

Après un soucis de colis abîmé lié au transport le service commercial a fait preuve d un très grand professionnalisme et a trouvé une solution en revoyant un produit équivalent . Je recommande cette marque. Merci à Emma pour sa réactivité.

1 month and I don't have my package.
You advertise the Christmas theme, but I ordered two Pepins on 6 December. After a thousand messages, I still haven't received my order. Now I have nothing to put under the Christmas tree for my parents. What a bad experience.

Assistenza fantastica
Servizio ottimo, assistenza immediata e molto professionale. Il mio pacco era stato bloccato in dogana, ho scritto alla mail e mi hanno risolto immediatamente il problema. Il prodotto è esteticamente molto bello!

Super service client
Super service client ! Commande passée chez Pépin pour un pot autonome, problème de livraison (lié au livreur), je ne reçois pas le colis. Le service client pépin a été très réactif et m'a permis d'obtenir mon achat le plus rapidement. Je remercie encore le service client pépin qui est très efficace et sympathique.
