Terrible communication even worse products, not a uk company, can’t be trusted! Stay clear !

What I received was not as advertised and it was not delivered on ice like every other pen I’ve previously purchased. The packaging itself clearly states that it should be stored in the fridge, which makes the lack of temperature-controlled delivery even more concerning.

They refused a refund and offered me a exchange for 2 x vials and a bac water. I stressed my concerns but without any other option I agreed. Since then I have been ignored.

I remained polite throughout the process, but the lack of care and response when something didn’t follow “their narrative” doesn’t sit right with me.

Supposed to a UK supplier but gets shipped from Spain. Nothing wrong with that. Just find it very misleading. arrived after 7 days. Very cheap looking packaging, nothing like they show on there website.
