Since posting I have now been contacted (funny that) and a form has been sent over for me to fill out to issue my refund. Will await to see if it gets sorted.

I used Perduco to settle a property dispute with my ex. The legal support I received was good and the matter was dealt with and I was happy. However… I was told I need a consent order at a cost of around £350 in addition to the thousands I paid already.
I paid this and the order never materialised. I chased over and over and was told it was due to court delays but asked a number of times for a contact for me to chase but was never provided anytbing. I asked for a refund and called many times, emailed and logged complaints but no one has ever bothered to get back to me.
In the mean time I spoke with a barrister who said the consent order was completely unnecessary in my circumstances as I was not married. The court seemed to agree and after 5 months the refused to sign it. I am now awaiting my refund. I have called several times and no one had gotten back to me.
Company happy enough to take money from me but follow up service has been appalling. Shall continue to try and get my refund for the unnecessary order that was never needed and never issued.

After many years of estrangement from my daughter, getting to the point that I could have shared care of her seemed like a very lofty and unrealistic goal at times – even though this is what my daughter wanted too. After much deliberating and research, I decided to use Perduco Law – due mainly to their fixed pricing structure and the availability of payment plans. As well as the professional way in which they handled the introduction call.
Ekim Erbas was allocated as my case handler. From the beginning she was clear with her communications and was very informed about the process that we were going to have to go through. As the timeline progressed Ekim was very efficient at discussing expectations and possible outcomes of my case, and as the first hearing approached, she gave me all the time we needed to prepare. When the pressure of the ordeal became a lot for me Ekim was reassuring and kind. One of the most valued attributes for me was that, even though I had high expectations that Ekim managed – she took the individual circumstances of my situation into account and on court day pushed very strongly and skilfully in that direction. Her superiority in preparation, knowledge and in-hearing skill compared to opposing council led to a very positive outcome for myself, that to be honest exceeded my expectations. When I was not happy with the solicitor I had originally, the company provided me with another solicitor who was a lot more understanding and on to the task at hand.

Judith Brock was my solicitor, at first I saw a young face but then underneath, a professional woman who went out of her way to make things easier for me. I'm grateful court is over, but I will miss her face.

The person my friend had an arranged the zoom session with, cancelled 5 minutes before and has never contacted us even though we had both taken days off for the session (I was helping a friend with her divorce) and lost pay. We were promised an information pack which we had to chase and ask for again which was eventually sent. I just wish if solicitors are too busy they would say so in the beginning rather than accepting appointments with no intention to show up. The admin team was so rude to me when I said I felt the service offered had been less than professional. She even said she didn’t like my tone of voice. After chasing 3 times and being cut off 3 times I don’t think any client would consider that professional service. Just because they are fixed fee and offer a preliminary, complimentary fact find session (which incidentally went well), doesn’t guarantee the company is any good. Sadly she is now having to look elsewhere for recommendations for a more reliable service provided by a divorce lawyer.

We have had a long and tough five year battle to protect our children. Initially I tried to do this on my own as a litigant in person and found this very difficult representing myself through to a final hearing.

We appointed Perduco Law for help with a Prohibited Steps order and a Specific Issues order and have been represented by Shahana over the past two years, over five or six different court hearings. She picked up the complex case very quickly and had an understanding of what we were trying to achieve and the issues we were facing. Shahana explained all the steps, what was expected of me and made me feel more confident in approaching each stage. Shahana always made time for me before and after each hearing to go through another questions and in between hearings, nothing was too much trouble. There were many challenges along the way and incidents that had to be reacted to which Shahana managed confidently and swiftly.
Following the final hearing we have achieved everything we set out to to protect our children and this will be a turning point in their lives even though they will never realise this. Shahana is an upbeat warm and friendly character that immediately puts you at ease whilst remaining professional and always checking with colleagues from Perduco to give us better insight into a situation. I will always be extremely grateful for the support that she has given me through a very stressful and traumatic time in our lives

We had a case for my daughter with Connor and he was fantastic we were very satisfied with the outcome of the case.

The only reason my previous review didn’t get 5 stars was due to the refund taking so long but that has been resolved and the issue was not due to the firm! I can’t recommend this firm Higher as the advice, support and genuine empathy I received from Subecca kept me calm and gave me reassurance enabled me to focus and took away my initial concerns in the darkest of times

I would definitely recommended Connor, so helpful and nothing is to much trouble he is very professional and polite always returns calls, I would definitely use him again and recommend him to people that I know,
