DO NOT USE this company-just like the other guy they reached to me stating my trademark application wasn’t complete…They STOLE a lot of money from lying stating I needed to file a section 8&9 and section 8&15 and when I called USPTO she said that is a scam—my trademark was in approval stage so that couldn’t be possible—needless to say I have to hire a real attorney to try to get my money back!!! DO NOT ISE this company! I’ve warned you! Finally I started investigating after Mark Anderson sent me another request to $5000 to secure another trademark!

I find them very suspicious. I got a text and email out of the blue about a trademark I had filed in the past. They said someone had contacted them "through their website" wanting to trademark the name, but when they called me, it wasn't about negotiating on behalf of their client. Instead, -I- was solicited about refiling the name myself. Wait - YOUR client contacted YOUR law firm about a mark I have, but then you call me and solicit your services on MY behalf? So incredibly suspicious and super shady. And the guy that called me - Zachary Myers - clearly had zero legal experience or education. Their website is even deemed "Suspicious" by Chrome and Google for possibly being "dangerous or risky."
