Great service! Did a very thorough clean! Would happily recommend.

One of the worst company’s I have dealt with. Turned up 4hr 30 mins late. Lied repeatedly, refused to answer calls. Owner then started threatening me on the phone, shouting and demanding more money. Cleaners threatened an old lady too and refused to clean. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Would give zero stars if that was an option. Stay away from this company. End of tenancy cleaning booked with 3 days guarantee. Team shows up more than an hour late and within two hours they’re done. House left in a mess and kitchen cabinet damaged. Stay away!

Possible scam.
Registered with this company and the minute I have provided my email I was bombarded with random sales/marketing emails from random companies. The emails haven't stopped coming... I received a questionnaire about the house and a fake missed call( one ring). After I called back their response was 'oh,we don't cover your area' after my postcode was within their catchment area. Very weird experience overall.

This seems like a good-hearted team, but the cleaner left the water running in the bathroom which caused a leak, which I had to dismantle the bathtub to fix. I also found my new vacuum cleaner broken, and the cleaner refused to accept this.
I appreciate that accidents do happen, but I received no compensation for either event. I have since then cancelled the service.

My cleaner came and she did not speak more than ten words of English. After pointing to specific areas I wanted clean I left her to it for 3.5 hours. Well after half of this time just doing the kitchen, she went into the bathroom and locked herself in there!! In the last thirty minutes she got the hoover out then ran out the door to the minute of her finishing time. After she had left we did an inspection of the bathroom- dust all over the surfaces, in the shower the shampoos had not been lifted up to clean under so grime and hair all around the edges. Bin in bathroom not emptied, dust everywhere. Same cloth used to clean the kitchen and bathroom. Items not taken off the kitchen top to clean properly, merely a bit of a wipe around the toaster etc. Floor wet and wiped with no cleaner used. The shocker was that we told her not to bother with half of the rooms in the house as we have just moved home
So put all our unpacked items in these rooms and shut the door. Not sure how she would have coped with a full house clean?! Shocking considering you pay £40 a month just to subscribe to this company, I’d rather pay a local cleaner more and cut out the middle man.

EDIT: After telling the agency I did not want to use them anymore, the cleaner I had has just turned up to our door at 9am, having made the journey to us across london in the cold. SO unprofessional not to have let their cleaner know.

Booked a deep cleaning carpet 3 weeks ago at a specific time as moving in same day as cleaning supposed to be. Requested to be put on notes we wouldn’t get the keys of the house until midday and it was very important to get the times of the people coming to clean right. The woman on sales said that was all set up and recorded accordingly. The following week I got a text message saying that the cleaner was coming 2 hrs before the agreed time, which then made me worry as then I decided to check the reviews in trust pilot and the recurrent issues for their terrible service.

Called the company and asked why they changed the time slot when a week before I requested a specific time. They said “the girls” on sales are doing this by sending incorrect text messages to clients when trying to book a technician and moving appointments around , which made no sense to me. Got an email after with the correct time again to the previously accorded time. Mentioned again importance for showing after midday.

The day before the appointment I got another text message with a different time a lot again , this time my husband rang and expressed the concerns around the changing of the slots without notice and requesting an explanation of this given the fact 2 times previously we have requested and payed for the specific time. We were reassured that it was a problem in the system and that no problem should be on the following day when we were moving in the new house.

The day of the actual moving day we got a call at 9.30 (3 hrs before the agreed time) of the company saying the cleaner could not get in the house because the previous owners of the house were still packing!!! We said why are you showing up at this time given the fact we clarified 3 times and even the day before the importance of coming after mid day. They did not have much to say.

Then we requested someone to come at the accorded time , they came back saying they didn’t have anyone else for the day or the next 5 days available, leaving us completely in the dark and 2 hrs before moving in.

We clarified we had a newborn baby and the need to clean deeply the house because of COVID and how we requested several times including phone calls and emails as evidence about our concern for the constant messages with slot changes , and again they did not have anything to say,( not even an apology) and that they couldn’t do much aside for giving us a refund.

Up to today we have not got a refund , and still we had to hire a premium service for express service that day paying triple as much as what we were supposed to spend with this company .

Honestly worst experience ever , they are scammers , seem at a reasonable price and offer discount , masking what they really are , a terrible , horrible company.

My tenants didn't even realise the apartment was cleaned before they moved in. It was dirty and dusty. Pretty basic stuff. I complained so they offered to send someone round for 1hr as compensation. The cleaner turned up for 15mins and left. I would never use them again as they didn't do what they were supposed to do.

I would highly recommend Perfect Cleaning service. Booked an End of Tenancy Cleaning with them, got my deposit back. Outstanding performance.

Used them for my moving out clean. Quick booking, arrived on time and my flat was professionally cleaned. Will use perfect cleaning again if need it.

Great clean. Booked over the phone, swift process- got a confirmation email reconfirming the charge. Stains were removed completely. Definitely will use again.

They just came to our home today, horrible carpet cleaning, the carpet sill totally the same, the stains haven't been removed. They only brought a machine, and vanish used to clean the clothes. A 3 floors house have been cleaned in less than 2 hours, I can't see any difference on the carpet from before to now, and at the end, they even tried to charge us for congestion charge, which was not applied in our area and parking. HORRIBLE SERVICE, CARPET STILL EXACTLY THE SAME!

I’m speechless when I saw my oven after the dip tank cleaning. I should’ve known Perfect Clean before to save myself from all the hassle as pastry chef I should say that oven cleaning service is a huge help for us.
