Thank you for reaching out, and I sincerely apologize for the discrepancy between the product you received and what was advertised.

We understand how frustrating it is to receive an item that doesn’t match the specifications listed, and we take claims of false advertising very seriously. If the stun gun you received is rated at 5000 watts instead of the advertised 10000 watts, that’s absolutely not acceptable.

We’d be happy to assist you with a return and refund. Please provide your order number and any additional details or images of the product packaging, if available, so we can escalate this to our team and also correct any misinformation on our listing.
