Thank you for getting the shoes we ordered for our grandson. These arrived 2 days before his birthday
which was yesterday. He is delighted with the shoes and told me they were so comfortable. I think he will be wearing them for a long time but they are not allowed in school.

I received my order yesterday and i am very disappointed and angry with the nike 720's as they are FAKES !!!!!! Paid nearly £150 and waited 3 weeks.

AVOID - Don't waste your money unless you don't mind having fake trainers. Bought some Nike Air Jordans for my son that took about 5 weeks to arrive - no reply to messages left asking for proper tracking or update on delivery. Finally arrived and I sent them to be authenticated - they failed. THIS COMPANY IS SELLING ILLEGAL COUNTERFEIT GOODS. I am disgusted and hundreds of £'s out of pocket now, which I can't afford to lose. Although their offices are shown as London & Anaheim, California i think they're a Chinese rip off factory. STAY AWAY

Great price and excellent service. Read some bad reviews, but communication was good and hane no complaints.

Item as expected. Took a couple of weeks to arrive however, communication was excellent and arrived on time.

We have been waiting 3 weeks and still haven’t heard anything we have tried emailing and calling with no response completely disappointed

Dispatch/ Delivery extremely slow ordered 25 th June took a week to dispatch then arrived 14th July.
Quite rude response when contacted customer service

Delivery is awful ordered on the 25th June and still waiting and todays date 13th July! Not happy as was a birthday present for my son

Liars, that's all I can say about them.
They told me my parcel has been dispatched from UK so I waited almost 2 weeks and get nothing. When I told them I want my money back I got no answers. After few weeks I received a message saying a pallet of their goods stuck in the customs (how's that?? they sent it from UK, aren't they?!).
Finally I reported that case to my bank and got my money back. Never saw shoes I bought...

Absolutely useless, I would advise anyone not to go near this online business, shop elsewhere. I ordered air max plus TN’s metallic copper from their website, paid using Klarna, I asked on their online chat if the item is authentic, which they confirmed it was. I had first payment go out of my bank, as it’s a credit agreement it shows on your credit file, I received several emails, confirming order, received order, order being processed, I received an email that order was being dispatched, and then a few days later I received an email saying order was on the way to me, and yet within 3.5 hours later on same day I received an email at 19.00 hours, saying I quote “ I tried but your product is not available I’m sorry but your order has been returned. If I want to change to a different shoe that’s ok.”
I mean “HELLO” it takes you 4 days and after sending emails that my product is being picked and dispatched to then say we can’t get you order.
After receiving refund through Klarna, 3 days later, I look on their website and the item is still being advertised.
Absolutely useless, I have brought off eBay, item has been authenticated and I have now received with no issues.
Lesson learnt, online shopping “ BEWARE “ a lot of businesses need to sort them selves out still.

I raised an order by mistake and had to cancel. The team were really helpful and agreed to process my refund straight away.

The. Trainers are amazing came in 2-3 weeks and they arrived today there in such good condition and so comfy

Great customer service!! I paid for a Jordan se mid earth but it turns out that delivery was in 14 days so I decided to cancel it and ask for a refund. They helped me efficiently and promised me that the process will only take 2 to 3 working days but I had the fund the funds back the next day which is really great.. I would highly recommend
