When I first ordered it was fine and they delivered. But the second time for a bigger package they did not provide everything I purchased. I got subscribers on the normal way and also with a different service that shows how many exactly were delivered and perfectfollower just said that they offered it.
They only look on your youtube-count with how many they need to deliver even though you gain normal subs or on different sites some extra they will not deliver then.
I can only recommend using this if you are very new and have zero growth yet, otherwise they scam you with the amount they will deliver themselves.

I'm not sure why there's negative reviews because I've used them twice and they've delivered. I have a feeling that competitors are posting negatives to drive customers away...It's just a theory.
Should they not deliver, I'll be the first to let the world know.

they do not give the service you purchase, and will try to take credit for videos that already have views and say they did it.
