I invested money after being approached by companies connected with Perffin Group, Qrescendo and Vigentis. The promised financing was not provided and I have not received my deposit back despite repeated requests. I am sharing my experience so other can research these companies carefully.

Perffin Group is led by Rio PY Dongour (French, residing in Germany)
Perrfin purports to have invested £80 million pounds into Qrescendo and its sister company Vigentis SAR, these companies have no money and are financially and morally bankrupt, they are sham companies led by Dongour, Suzanne Ley (CEO, New Jersey) Frank Fiore (CFO, Connecticut) Adam Funnell (UK junior sales assistant, Kent) Qrescendo and Vigentis have illegally induced me through fraudulent misrepresentations to deposit £600,000 into their scam, they have embezzeled my money and have refused to return it, in addition they have defrauded me out of £16,000,000 of promised loans....Perffin Group is a shareholder of Qrescendo and Vigentis and the ringleaders of the international fraudulent conspiracy are Dongour and Ley. multiple international police agencies have received criminal reports against these companies and people. stay away from this group of companies. they are liars, fraudsters, embezzelers and money launderers
