I made a promise to Perry that I wouldn’t write a review until I’d completed my first deal after taking his course.

Well, here I am—and I’m thrilled to say, I did it! We just
closed on our first HVAC business as part of a roll-up strategy we are pursuing, and the lessons I learned in Perry’s course were absolutely key to making it happen.

It wasn’t a quick journey, but it was so worth it. I applied many of Perry’s teachings to craft a win-win deal for both the seller and us. From structuring the deal to drafting the LOI, and positioning myself to work ON the business (not in it as the operator) post-closing—I followed his steps closely and they worked like a charm.

What’s more, Perry didn’t just leave us after the course ended. He generously answered my questions through Zoom calls and emails, which gave me even more
confidence to move forward.

Now, we’re diving into Perry’s wealth-building hacks, which are truly mind-blowing!

In a world full of so-called “gurus” with little to no real-world experience, Perry is a standout. He’s walked the walk. I wanted to leave a review for Perry Anderson’s 4-Week M&A Live Masterclass workshop. I attended many M&A courses by many “Gurus” and this by far is one of the better training on the market for the following reasons:

Engaging Content: The workshop content was insightful, offering a deep dive into complex subjects including building rapport, negotiations, and deal structure. Perry not only talks about these topics but gives case studies on how he used it to close deals and why he did what he did.

Interactive Sessions: The interactive sessions fostered meaningful discussions, allowing diverse perspectives to flourish and discuss different scenarios. What I like about his approach is he is very personable and takes the time to answer your questions no matter how long it takes.

Expert Guidance: Perry Anderson's expertise was evident, guiding us through the material with clarity and depth as well as numerous case studies, examples, and documents we can use for our deals.

Well-Structured: The course was well-structured, making it easy to follow and comprehend each week as he builds upon the last module.

I usually don’t recommend courses because everyone is different and has different work ethics but I highly recommend Perry’s 4-Week M&A Live Masterclass workshop if you want to bring your M&A game to the next level.

Perry has a calm demeanor and therefore his approach to teaching M&A benefits. I would encourage others to use this same demeanor when building rapport with prospective business owners looking to sell their business.
Perry obviously has a substantial history of M&A and the use of his personal deals is a unique and beneficial approach for students.
This was definitely the right decision to have taken Perry's course.

For having zero experience in M&A or business whatsoever, I can tell you that I had big time lightbulb moments go off every single module. From the mindset shifts I experienced to the "Aha" moments, the value I received from this workshop was remarkably high. Don't be like me and take 1.5 years to decide whether or not to take this workshop. Just do it. Highly recommend it!

Amazing M&A content from a genuine, down to earth guy. Perry does a great job knocking down all the barriers for the individual investor, whether you're looking to acquire your first business, or seeking those golden nuggets only a seasoned veteran can provide. This masterclass can easily be sold for 10x the price with the amount of value that's packed into this. Highly recommend.
