Almost Perfect
Great service. I like a really firm bed because of back injury in the military and so I set the bed for a max at 50. I wished there was perhaps a way to make it even more firm but I suppose not. And the bolsters on the side are weak. When you set on the side of the bed, it pretty much just folds in...not much support along the edge.

Best Mattress we have ever owned
My experience started with excellent help to answer my pre purchase questions. Russell and RJ were both very helpful. We received our mattress and it was very easy to unpack and set up. Our first night was awesome! We usually take a bit of time to get used to the bed but not is this case. The second night was even better. I now look forward to my sleep experience. My wife was experiencing hip, back and shoulder pain but not anymore. She is now sleeping incredibly comfortable on our Personal Comfort R12 mattress. This mattress feels very comfortable and cozy, like sleeping on a cloud and is the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on. We are past Sleep Number customers with past being the keyword. Thanks Personal Comfort for everything!

The people I dealt with were helpful
The people I dealt with were helpful. as well as being pleasant to work with. However, we still have one outstanding issue to deal with. The wireless remotes received with the new air pump could not be made to work and need to be returned. I need return instructions for this. I did receive wired remotes that did work properly.

Leaking Bladder on a seven year old bladder.

Personal Comfort stands behind their product! We had a small warranty issue and Personal Comfort was very easy to deal with and handled the issue quickly. Our mattress is 8 years old and still amazingly comfortable.

So far after about 2 months, I'm very happy with the mattress. I have lower back pain and replaced the old select comfort I had with this mattress and it's more comfortable to sleep on!

Aired up again
There’s nothing better than having something go seamlessly. We had a problem with one of the bladders in our bed. Called for a replacement. Service person on the phone was pleasant well informed and quick to resolve the issue. Replacement was sent out quickly. And I reinstalled it. Everything went smoothly.

Replacement air bag was delivered in a timely manner. It was discounted because of the length of time we had the bed. Phone assistance was good, and followed up with an email confirmation.

Above and beyond customer service
In Aug of 2024, my air core somehow failed and sprung a leak with my bed that I purchased a number of years ago. This was my first issue we experienced with our bed that we have enjoyed for sometime. So after trouble shooting the cause myself to no avail, I ordered a replacement. The following day, customer support contacted me. They reviewed my order, confirmed with my previous purchase record that I ordered the wrong size, and offered the correct replacement at a far discounted price from when I ordered the wrong piece. Now that’s customer care and support!

This bed is beyond terrible for side sleepers who suffer from back pain.
This bed is terrible. My husband loves his half of our split king bed - because he is a back sleeper. I wake up in tears every morning. I sleep better in the recliner. No matter how much I adjust the settings, no position alleviates the pain. I'm a side sleeper and it just doesn't work. I regret this purchase. I'll be painfully counting down the years until I can buy a new bed. I do not recommend it for side sleepers who suffer from back pain.

The entire experience with ordering sped was excellent. The customer service people were great. We got our bed within a few days. The mattress is comfortable. My wife likes to sleep on a soft mattress I like a more firm mattress. The bed is easy to use and the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in.
