Inmotion RS 72V Electric Scooter
This scooter was a little more than my budget but i ordered the RS 72v. The team at PET were great, answering all the questions i had as i was worried about being scammed mainly, they gave me great advice with regard paying for extra things i did not need and with the spec of the scooter and my needs. Delivery took a little longer than it should have but this was down to the carrier/customs and out of PET control. They did keep me updated every other day in email letting me know the status of the delivery. When PET finally took delivery of the scooter they turned it around so quick to get it back onto a pallet delivery to get to me the next day of which it did. Overall delivery was still just over two weeks. Great company to buy from and great staff. I will use PET again in the future for sure.

My husband purchased an Inmotion V12 HT electric unicycle from Personal Electric Transport Ltd (PET).
After the wheel was damaged, he sent it back to PET for repair and paid the full repair cost in advance.

When the repaired item was shipped back to us, the delivery company lost it in transit.
After waiting 30 days, my husband requested a full refund for both the wheel and the repair service.
However, PET refused to issue the full refund, offering only £1,200 instead of £1,900.

As a result, my husband took the case to court, and the County Court issued a judgment ordering PET to pay the full amount plus court fees.
Since then, the company has stopped responding to any correspondence and has continued to ignore the court’s decision.

We are now in the High Court enforcement stage, and the company currently owes us £2,028.80 in total (including judgment and court fees).

⚠️ For potential customers: Please be cautious before making any purchase from this company. Our experience shows they fail to respect both their customers and the law.
