Great design, easy process and timely shipping

Turned out to work just as advertised! Actually, was warm on a very cold night and a hit at the party. Good price and updated delivery was spot on.

The quality was awful. I don't know if this is how it's supposed to look although the product images looked clear and nothing like what I got! But, on my daughters faces (I got a separate keychain for each of my daughters faces x2 for me and my husband) and right in the middle of their faces, the best way I can describe it, it looks pixelated. Like white pixels all over their faces. I can't gift this to my husband! It was supposed to be an anniversary present for him and waited weeks for it and now its too late to get one made somewhere else in time! Cost me over $100 too for something I can't use!!

The shirt is perfect, exactly what we hoped for.

Delivered on time, good product, good communication regarding delivery. Happy customer!

My experience was great. The T-shirts came in with the proper names the right hair colors. It was here on time.

I bought a keepsake for a friend whose Mom had died very young. He was so touched! He now carries it everywhere.

No communication and to long to ship and require download of app to track sucks

Thought it would have been here sooner. The hat looks very stretched out but I will still give it to the recipient..

I purchased a beautiful key~ring for my friend, with her dog's photo on it, and a caring message on the passing of her fur baby. She just loved it!

Got the wrong color

Mugs came on time and not broken. Great packaging.

We loved the shirt and it came before we expected it. So happy :)

They put my dogs picture on the coffee mug and it looks great. I like the contrasting colors. I broke my first mug so purchased again.

I have requested a refund because I am missing the Keychain from my order and I still haven't got a response back after I sent the requested pictures

These were supposed to be a Christmas gift from the pups but unfortunately the Canada Post strike interrupted that. I was contacted with an offer to cancel the order, but we were able to arrange shipping to an alternate address. Came a little late but worked out in the end. Decent quality - nice present. I appreciate the communications.

The delivery and the quality of the printing were good. But the shape of the oven mitt is not normal—the thumb is almost as long as the fingers—so you can’t really use it. I am also doubting that the material would hold up to much use.

The quality of the shirts I ordered were brilliant, everyone in my life loves them so much and they have now become a tradition. Thank you PF love your work <3

This item was just as pictured and was shipped quickly. I ordered during Christmas season and arrived on time.
