The wooden crate is built intentionally strong to protect the reformer during shipping, but I understand it can take a little effort to open. We invest heavily in protective crating because we know how important it is for your reformer to arrive in perfect condition, so I’m very glad to hear it came securely packaged.

And your comment about the carriage padding… that makes me smile. We spent a long time refining the foam density and cushion layering to make it supportive yet comfortable for longer sessions. Hearing that you feel it’s even better than a Balanced Body reformer is a huge compliment.

I’m very sorry, though, that your experience with Estes didn’t meet your expectations. While we don’t control the freight carrier’s internal communication processes, we absolutely take responsibility for the full delivery experience. If their communication fell short, that’s something we want to know and address.

We choose freight partners based on coverage and equipment safety, but feedback like yours helps us push for better service and continually evaluate our logistics partners. I’ll be sharing this internally with our operations team so it’s documented and escalated appropriately.

Most importantly, I’m glad your reformer arrived safely and that you’re loving it.

Mary, thank you for sharing your concerns. After carefully reviewing our records, we located an On-Demand order placed by Damon Duncan on December 18. On-Demand products have an estimated production and delivery timeline of at least 8 weeks, which is clearly displayed on our website before adding to cart as well as clear in our shipping policy. Additionally, we spoke with Damon on January 7, at which time we explained that the expected delivery window for this reformer is mid-February.

We completely understand how disappointing it can be to wait for a gift, and if this model were available in stock, we would gladly have shipped it sooner. However, this order is proceeding within the stated and communicated On-Demand timeline. We remain available to assist in any reasonable way and are happy to provide updates at any time. Your reformer is currently on track for delivery around mid-February.
