The crate was a bit of work to open but offered great protection. I love that it was fully assembled except small parts. Only 15-20 min to complete. The quality is outstanding, smooth glide & beautiful i love it

Well made home reformers. Great deals on showroom items. Fast shipping and packed well to prevent damage. Relatively easy to assemble. Wish printed instructions were included as it was a bit harder to read on my cell phone from website. Would recommend this retailer to everyone. Looking forward to Pilates at home without paying club fees every month and not being able to get into booked classes. This machine pays for itself in 7 months which is great and my husband can use it too without fees.

The PDF with pictures was very helpful for the most part. I had my partner help and since he was experienced with tools and projects he able to maneuver through the process with ease. It helps to have two people doing the installation as well more for safety when lifting and repositioning the parts.

I'm a youthful 70 year old woman that has done pilates in my much younger days. After raising a family and life in general, I had recently been diagnosed with pelvic floor dysfunction, the only treatment being PT. There was an 8-12 month wait before I could get an appt. So I began looking into different Pilates machines. Personal Hour not only had everything I was looking for, for a very reasonable price, had all the extras you could need, are very comfortable and they are nice looking machines. I purchased the Janet 2.0 during their Harvest sale. Using their machine and following their instructors on YouTube, I feel better than I have in years. I look forward to these workouts and do them 2-3 times a week. They also keep in touch with you, if you have questions or issues. Get you Personal Pilates machine from this company- you will not be disappointed.

The reformer did not ship for many weeks after purchasing it. I emailed several times to check on when it would ship and they kept saying “probably tomorrow”. Then when it arrived I was given the black cushions instead of the winter wildfire I ordered. I told them it was an error and they refused to deal with it first then said they would after I installed it and followed up with them. I basically decided to give up because I was worried they would never actually send it if I sent back the black ones. Then they said it included an hour long instructional video for beginners and they sent a literal screenshot of the video with no link!! I followed up and asked about how to get the link and…ghosted.
Also, the arms that hold the cords in the pulls are wobbly. I would not make this purchase again. I honestly regret not paying more for a better experience (customer service and product). I almost never write reviews, but felt compelled to write honest feedback for this one. So, take that how you will.

After doing a lot of research about different companies selling pilates machines, I was lucky to find Personal Hour. The company is in the USA and they have high standards. The reformer I bought is well made for a fair price. I know that I can reach out to the company for questions or concerns. I bought the Janet Elite 2.0 and it is beautiful. Great quality! Best investment! Good bye gym membership! No regrets!

I love my reformer! Personal Hour quality and pricing made it possible to own my own. Is the quality the same as BB? no, but the carriage is smooth as butter and the included accessories (box, jumpboard) make it a tremendous value. 100% would purchase again. Received excellent customer service when following up on holiday shipping. Free classes online (Holistic Movement) are excellent!

Packaging was superb! Packed in a wooden crate for shipping. The reformer is in perfect condition!!

Love the reformer. Only two observations: the four black head screws were not long enough to tighten the pulley support slats. Bought better ones. Also, it should come with an assembly manual - it would be easier to put together.

Amazing quality - love love love the reformer; only issue for me was to find a detailed step by step instruction assembly video. This machine is awesome, and I truly needed affirmation that I was assembling it correctly from the 1st bolt to the last knob. The site provided pictures, but no official video (my pea brain requires a video). If it was out there, I couldn’t find it - I was able to piece together videos on YouTube, but never found an official tutorial from Personal Hour.

We love our Nano Elite Max reformer. We bought it to put in our house and we use it everyday. It's solid and feels like a studio reformer. My only complaint is that the spring tension is double the spring tension of most other brands of reformers, so when we are taking classes that want "two reds" we have to know to only use one red.

We received our Janet reformer in three manageable boxes (I was worried that it would be too heavy). We opened them and all of the pieces were there! We scanned the QR code which gave us the assembly instructions. They were easy to follow, and we put the reformer together in an afternoon. The quality exceeded my expectations for the price that we paid. It's a smooth ride and everything is great so far!

Reaching them through the phone was a breeze! The whole process was seamless. Equipment is high quality and arrived in little over a week! So happy with my purchase and hope you guys get the opportunity to try this brand/business out. Did not disappoint!

P.S. I was almost ready to purchase from a trendy/popular brand, but Personal Hour's fast answer to my email and answers to my questions really sealed the deal. Happy I made the switch.

Great. Everything was timely and in good shape. Instructions for putting the reformer together are confusing. Especially need a better video on folding and unfolding. The current video is short and super fast.

I love my Nour 2.0 wooden legs!! The only thing that would have made my experience better was an instruction manual or a directional sheet to tell me to go to the instruction library created for consumer's.

I purchased the Nano Elite Plus reformer from Personal Hour about 6 months ago, and I am SO IMPRESSED with this reformer! I was immediately in love with how beautiful and well made the reformer was when it arrived. Now that I have thoroughly explored and enjoyed it for months, I can enthusiastically say with confidence that it is the nicest reformer I have ever worked with. I’ve been doing Pilates for over 20 years, in many studios and physical therapy facilities, and this is the third reformer that I have owned myself. It is lovely to look at, as well as sturdy, and versatile. Although it’s not the lightest reformer they make, it’s still easy enough for me to move myself, which I do pretty much daily. I have to lift it, from the heaviest side, to move it away from my wall (3-4 ft.) to workout, & then sit it back out of the way afterwards. I live in an apartment and I don’t have a separate room for my reformer so I wanted my reformer to be easy on the eyes in my living room, and this beautiful wood reformer with elegant bone colored leather, looks great in my space. There is a huge selection of colors to choose from as well. I’m very happy with my choice of reformer and with choosing Personal Hour for all of my Pilates equipment needs in the future. I plan to purchase more pieces of equipment from Personal Hour in the future, and I am currently exploring the idea of opening a public studio. If so, I will definitely be working with Personal Hour to build it. If you are considering whether to purchase a reformer from Personal Hour or another company, I highly recommend Personal Hour. I was skeptical when began my research because I had not heard of them, and the prices seemed to good to be true when compared to the older more widely known companies, but I am so glad I gave them a chance, and you should too!

We purchased 2 Nano Elite, only used once at our studio, because our client fell out of the reformer when the hook of strap get disconnected by itself, our instructor refused to use the reformers due to the safety and liability reason, I have been try to sell them, but no luck, asked for the refund but been told I have pay for the shipping fee. NOT recommend PH reformers, I don’t understand where are those 5 stars review came from!
Plus the Customer Service are awful! They were very friendly before I placed the order, then the attitude was day and night difference.
Stay away from PersonalHour!
