I needed some DTF images for a concert we were going to my son designed the image I messaged Rubee with my request as I had never used it ordered DTF previously Rubee as always answered my questions and images were posted within 24 hours from ordering amazing service as always

Highly recommend this company as have been using since first opened and my experience with them is only getting better . The range of products they have is superb and the clothing range ( most with their own label) is excellent, the quality of the materials used is very well researched and tested before being put on sale which results in a quality second to none .
Orders are delivered quickly when placed and with any pre-orders I have had in the past there was always regular updates to keep us all in the loop so we could pass this information to our customers

Ordered a few times off here however I ordered a week ago some custom DTF prints and didn’t realise I needed them sooner than I thought so I message Ruby who owns the company and explained and she came back to me very quickly and sorted it out and sent my order out the next day and it then arrived the following day. She also sent me an extra DTF at no extra cost which I thought was so lovely of her as she doesn’t have to do things like this but she will always go the extra mile for customers.
I will definitely be ordering more in the future.

I used this company and couldn’t fault her until I had an issue with her then all of a sudden she blocked me off her page. I was promised some items in return for promoting her business on other groups on Facebook yet when I asked about them all of a sudden she turned on me then claimed I was in the wrong. She promised my son items too which was never honoured as I’d found a much cheaper supplier for dtf. Her prices are way more than other suppliers and I’ve had quality issues with a few t-shirts and 2 pairs of pyjamas which I should have checked sooner as we are expected to check every item within 48hrs or she won’t allow you to return it, which in itself goes against consumer rights. I’m not the first person she’s done this to and likely won’t be the last. My entire Etsy page is full of items I’ve printed using her blanks and now she’s cut my supply right before Xmas! That’s basically cutting Xmas off for my little boy and I’m furious as I did so much promo work for her that even my friends told me to stop as it was like a job she’d message me constantly saying to put her link on pages when people were asking for suppliers for items but I said no she’s promised to help me but clearly it was a lie. Yesterday she rang me and I was at the zoo, my son has learning disabilities so I need eyes on him very closely I told her I’d ring her once home and when I got home she’d blocked me from the group then sent me lots of messages saying I can order from the website, I don’t know a person alive who would say oh ok then I’ll give you my hard earned money and allow you to treat me like dirt! Ask other wholesalers about her they’ll all say the same thing! I even got the blame for something that had nothing to do with me but instead of apologising and being a grown up she just went on to something else as nothing is ever her fault!

Sorry this is so long but people need to know about who they’re entrusting with their hard earned money and understand that the second they don’t do as she says they’ll be pushed out and treated like dirt!

She’ll likely say that she was up til early hours doing my dtf order which isn’t quite true as she made me put up a thank you post then her husband told me I was wrong to have made her stay up to do it! What she won’t tell you is that we were supposed to do it at 4pm but she didn’t ring me until 11pm as she was doing other orders and her machine was being sent back the following morning. That night she made me pay £75 plus £10 to her account for chocolate for her daughters as I’d torn her away from them in the night - I mean what company ever says that?! She made me feel very guilty yet the whole time I knew she was there because she had other orders to do not just mine! Yet when I got the dtf I only got at most 1.5m yet paid for 3m! But I stayed quiet so as not to upset her as she was going through a lot and I chose to just buy elsewhere which I did/do for a third of the price

I really didn’t want to do this but all through today I’ve thought about it and she’s made a fortune out of me and others. Theres alot more but I think that’s enough

Re her products some are great some are naff some are made very cheaply there’s been several t-shirt issues and I’ve had 2 pairs of pyjamas I’d put to one side and I actually stopped promoting her pyjamas when the last pair I made for my son had a gaping hole in and when I mentioned it instead of saying I’m so sorry I’ll send you another she said I was too late so tough luck! So I stopped recommending her which is when she started being funny with me

I’ve been very fair in my stars I feel and maybe now she will stop and think about what she’s done and she will message and apologise instead of messaging me with guilt trip messages about her being alone at night working when I’m alone day and night working trying to keep a roof over my sons head and what she’s just done will directly impact on that. Yes I’d had an issue with quality control but I would have just made sure I checked everything on arrival in future but I won’t be ngiving her a penny with the attitude she has towards people who really fought her corner and I’m devastated that I did as the whole time she was just using me and others an recently started up a similar thing again to line up more people to use

Hopefully she will be the bigger person and think about how she behaves as this is not professional in any way shape or form! Apologies for the rant but she genuinely feels she’s done nothing wrong! All she said was she didn’t force me to promo her and she didn’t force me to buy her dtf BUT she did refund it which says a lot don’t you think?!

I’m harmless I’ll just have my say and end it but she may do this to the wrong person in the future. Imagine taking something off a child with special needs? That’s just cruel but don’t worry I’ll order him a dinosaur uvdtf door sticker elsewhere

Brilliant Service. Ruby goes above and beyond to help. I sent a print to convert for DTF and I hadn't done it properly so instead of just using my rubbish artwork, Ruby phoned to say that it wouldn't work and sorted it out for me. The turn around time was great too.

Just received ruby’s birthday pyjamas, the quality and the feel of them are amazing, the material is so nice and soft especially for kids, ruby and her team are now my main pyjamas supplier, I only ordered in Tuesday morning received them Wednesday morning, can’t recommend ruby and her team for all the hard work they do 🥰 xx

I have shopped with her for over a year and follow on her social media platform. The hard work, time and effort Ruby puts into her business is second to none.

Continuously the product range is ever expanding, with really high quality affordable blanks. Whether it be the latest trends or products manufactured for Ruby with her design in mind, the range just grows and grows.

I highly recommend the sublimation range. The clothing especially is second to none. It is beautiful to print with providing vibrant, lasting designs. The material feels like cotton, looks like cotton but isn’t 100% cotton. It’s unbelievable but exactly what you want when sublimation is your choice of clothing design.
