Wish I had read the reviews to this page before ordering. I ordered over a week ago and emailed concerned about my delivery they said they would get back to me but no response has been made since. I tried calling the number on the email but it goes straight to voicemail, I also text the number with no response. Absolutely gutted and worried I’ve been scammed!

Scammed - multiple weeks with no order received, they've locked me out of their website and I am unable to get in contact with them

I wish I had read all these website reviews before placing an order to buy a cardboard cutout. It's been 1 month and 2 weeks and I still haven't received anything. My credit card is going to refund me but I am not satisfied yet. I will report this store, It's not just about the refund, it's the fact that there will be more people stuck in the same situation as us. Report this store if you can.

Total scam- I placed an order for 65euro. I received one confirmation email with an order number. 2 months later and never received my order. I called but got no answer, emailed but got no response and DM'd on instagram. seems to be a fake company. Never got my money back. Avoid at all costs!

***SCAM**** ordered a cutout ahead of a wedding that I couldn't attend. The site states delivery within 10 days but what you don't realise is it's not a proper business and the number is a fake so there isn't anyone to get hold of to follow up. It hasn't arrived and I'm down a lot of money. AVOID this company. I think (as a lot of the individuals have said below) that the positive reviews are fake. Will be reporting to the ombudsman.

She responded to me so quickly AND I received my Cutout of my lovely niece DEVERY JACOBS in a matter of days from the U. K.!!!! I was extremely satisfied with my product and paying for it was very easy & FAST! Through PAYPAL!!! I and still very happy I will cherish my Cutout forever!!!🥰

I ordered a couple months ago and received an order confirmation code and have contacted the company multiple times over the last couple months with no response my order still has not came

This lady isn't a scammer, the delivery times are over ambitious so allow plenty of time for delivery. The product itself is decent and competitive pricing, they just seem to be overwhelmed by the work they have coming in. My daughter loved the cut out of her favourite cartoon character, many thanks
