Great quality print and good service. I wanted a cutout of my son In a dinner suit. He lives in Australia and couldn’t make his mom’s 60th birthday. They were great in finding a high res image to use and photoshopped my son to look like he was wearing a suit. It came out great. His mom was over the moon. Can’t recommend them enough...we ordered two more of them.

Do not order! Not reliable. Product does not arrive. The company does not communicate. Poor, Poor, Poor. No matter how many times you call they do not follow up.

Please DONT order anything, i spent over 100£ for my daughter birtday party nothing recieved no email no deliveries. BIG DISSAPOINTED.

I never received the goods in time for my daughters birthday party and I ordered 6 weeks in advance. I battled to get hold of anyone ad no replies to my 6 emails chasing my order. They did call me once and we came to a new arrangement as apparently they couldn't ship the cut-outs; it worked out more costly than they originally quoted. It was agreed they would send me wall stickers instead. This was over a month ago and still no goods. It has been just over 2 months since the original order. I emailed a week back...no reply. Very annoying.

Ordered at the beginning of July and it is now the 18th July and I was supposed to get it within 3 days. Spoke to a lady who said it had got lost in the post. And now she won't answer any of my calls. Fuming as I need this for a hen do and it was £60 so not cheap!!! Will be taking it further if I don't hear communication within the next day

We had a bit of a bumpy ride with our cutout as the first one disappeared in the post, but PCC prepared another which I received in good time. They had to work from a 40 year old wedding photo and I was so pleased with my giant cutout it looks fantastic. Can’t wait to see how many laughs it’s going to get. Thanks again.

Excellent service! I had to contact customer services twice as i had put the wrong delivery address on the order, but it was dealt with very quickly and efficiently.
Cutout arrived quickly and is the best quality- we are delighted with this purchase!

Great quality cut out and good communication about delivery date.

I was desperate to have these sent for a party and I’d left it too late to order. This company told me to request express delivery and sure enough they got to me in a couple of days, outstanding super quick service. The quality of the items are amazing, stayed standing for the whole party, they are not flimsy in any way and the print quality is outstanding. Made my ‘LOL mad’ 6 year old a very very happy birthday girl. Thank you

Took a while to get to me but was well worth it !

A big disappointment! I sent an imagine of someone with their dog as a birthday gift for that person and when the parcel arrived and I opened it, the cardboard cut-out was only of the dog even though I never specified that I wanted that! Very frustrated as it was a birthday present and wasn’t what I asked for! Wouldn’t use again

Totally ignored my request to remove white part of the image. Zero communication, no order updates. Took a full week longer than originally said to arrive, again with no communication. They wrote my postcode down wrong on the parcel, only reason it got to me was because the driver was extremely familiar with the area and knew it wasn’t correct. Cutout print fraying away from cardboard backing before me even taking it out of package. The fold bend on the cutout shows white patches when displaying it. Looks like someone cut it out with a craft knife in a hurry. Came damaged and crumpled in package. For 50 quid could have made 10 of this quality myself. Only communication received was one email, on the day the item arrived, saying there was a delay with the order. For this price you can definitely find a high quality cutout maker elsewhere. Do not recommend.
