I can attest that the PersonalityOS team are 100% scammers and liars
Accessed it only on one day 5 Mar 2026. Paid for Test + 7-days Mypersonalitylab premium membership - x1 - US$1.98. I also opted out the recurring US$28.80/mth for continued use of the site.
Was auto-charged US$28.80 on 13 Mar 2026 although I opted out of it. When I received the email stating that I was charged, I immediately logged in to the account to cancel my subscription and asked to reimburse the amount simply because I had opted out of the recurring US$28.80.
Same day, they replied via email stating US$28.80 had been refunded to me. Lo and behold, 2 weeks later I saw my bank transaction stated a refund less than the agreed amount.
I emailed the personalityos team, and was informed that it's only US$20 refund. These people don't honour what they promised.
You be the judge of it - see their email reply on 13 Mar and tell me where does it say refund is US$20.

Extremely ridiculous. Trying to spin off something that is clearly stated in black and white. So guys, don't get it. Don't even try their product. There are many others worth trying. I only tried it because it was a link shared by a friend.

After writing this review, on the same day (30 Mar 2026) team scrambled to grant me the full refund of USD28.80. I guess the "management" approves now? Immediately, they told me to change my reviews on Trustpilot. I wish this was the last of it, but the refund journey didn't end there.
Initially, I ignored their email because it's useless trying to rationalise with idiots. On 3 Apr 2026, i checked my refund. Yes the balance did come in but not the full amount. It was still short of USD1.80+. I wrote back to them.

Clearly bullshit since I've paid USD1.98 in a separate transaction # FO8727xxxxxxxxxxxx.
So when they say they'd refund you USDxxx, they'll find ways high & low to try and cut something from it, and won't inform you.
Not worth it guys.
