Whether it’s mindfulness, NLP or Internaional coach+trainer program, they’re all informative, belief shattering and thought provoking programs that are practical and can be implemented by anyone, anywhere.

I have completed 3 courses with Personal Mastery : Train the Trainer, NLP and Mindfulness. Every course was structured with contents meeting the objectives of the course. Contents are conceptualized keeping in mind all the possible learnings & Knowledge required for each course in a very comprehensive way.
Ms. Prabhleen Gupta our trainer had blended the ancient story telling techniques, case studies, live experiences along with presentations, white board, audios, videos, interactive sessions with lots of Q&A along with assingments.
Also, all the courses help and support professional / personal improvements and growth.
