Scam - do not confuse with pestco.uk
The site we used was pest-co.co.uk - please do not confuse with pestco.uk which we saw all the good reviews for. Sadly we got conned into going with pest-co.co.uk.
Terrible service, not properly carried out and unable to get a refund as only getting AI responses.
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Please do not use this company as they do not carry out the service you pay for. It is also run by JG Pest Control - not the independent 'Pest Control Co.' which it purports. Nearly every communication is done by an AI bot including the phone lines. Any staff member we spoke with was rude and unhelpful, endlessly passing us through to lines that were never answered and disconnected us. We paid an extortionate price because of their 'apparent' quick call out response. The technician arrived completely unprepared with no ladder despite it being in all of our requests and written confirmation from the company - a wasted visit. The second time they arrived and placed the traps in a ridiculous spot, absolutely nowhere near the squirrels' entry points or where they run - despite me pointing this out. They were also just going to leave one trap when I said there were at minimum two squirrels and I had to push for 2 traps. Nothing has been caught in days and we have again waited for a technician today, only to receive an automated message halfway through the day to say it has been cancelled. In all this time I have sent repeated emails, calls and I've had zero response. I have since made repeated requests for a refund and for the team to remove their traps. Please do NOT use this company it has been a nightmare and we have since had to get another company to remedy the pest issue.
