Went above and beyond. Honest about the situation, were available next day in an emergency situation.

Rafael at the pest control company was a top guy, despite me being bitten alive by bed bugs, owing to landlord failures.

He attended as arranged & did his stuff thanks so much! Despite short notice too thanks!

We hired Pest Control RAF SERV for a bedbug infestation in our flat.
They came three times and fumigated, but the problem was never solved. The bedbugs were still there after all their visits.
We have a 5-month-old baby, and this situation was extremely stressful and terrifying for us. We trusted them to fix the problem quickly and professionally, but that did not happen.
In the end, we had to call another pest control company, and only then was the problem finally resolved.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Pest Control RAF SERV.

SCAMMER.
This company is a SCAMMER he mention on the phone is a free estimate and when he get at the property ask for payment.He is unprofessional and what he wants is only the money.
We pay him for 3 months warranty and the problem is not solve he don't answering the phone. I keep calling him to come back and finish the job but hi not responding or replay. We are going to report him to the police to try to get the money back. Be AWARE SCAMMER.

Prompt action for the issue I had to face. George was super nice and attentive.

This was his first visit. He put poison at various points and will come again after 10 days. He did not put traps, only poison. He was polite and friendly. Lets hope every thing is OK when he comes next.

RAF came today to clear my chimney full of honey and dead bees done a brilliant job , very efficient and tidy would highly recommend. Thankyou RAF .

I had a infestation of mice in my house and i call them, I’m very happy with their work and highly recommend them.

I had a rat issue in my house in Harrow and called Pest Control for help. The team arrived within an hour of my call, which was very impressive. Now after two weeks, the problem is completely gone. Raf is very friendly, respectful, and professional. I highly recommend their services!

Rafael was absolutely great, I had a huge wasps hornet in the cavity of the porch wall. He was very polite and professional and he got rid of all the wasps so now we can go in and out of the house safely
