Great service! Initial visit and 3 follow ups (rodents on patio) First visit accommodated at short notice. Good communication and very knowledgeable and friendly pest controller team. I phoned the Pest Control Co at 8.00am in desperation at a wasps nest that was becoming a serious danger. Brad took the call and although I had to pay more than other companies I contacted, they arranged for Thomas to call in. Thomas arrived around 2.00pm and was finished by 2.30. He said it was a far sized nest and took videos and attached the Report. Thomas was very knowledgeable and very calm and thoroughly lovely person who appears to have done a good job in getting rid of the wasps in the nest. There were approximately 500/600 wasps. Very pleased with Thomas and the quick service provided by Pest Control.

The response was swift: they came out the same day which was great. The wasps were not completely eradicated by visit 1. However, they did return a week later, offering to return again if the problem is not resolved this time round.
There is still some activity, but alot less.

The staff on the hotline were very helpful. Good communication regarding ETA, and the technicians were thorough in their investigation and explained everything they were doing.

Adrian was amazing. Took time to really evaluate the issue using all his experience! Provided a good explanation and solution to eradicate the pests!

The operative who came out (Thomas) was charm and reassurance incarnate. He was thorough in his inspection and explained everything he was going to do. Fingers crossed ( in the nicest possible way) that he doesn't need to come out again.
