When you have a busy schedule its always nice to deal with a supplier that's always on the ball with on time deliveries and jess is a pleasure to deal with, always happy to help.

We live in a digital world these days but when it comes to working on parts for a big project nothing compares to picking up the phone and talking to someone with experience and knowledge and getting everything you need at a great price delivered next day. Our last order was prefect item may have been cheaper on another site but I feel I made the right choice using pestfix. The only reason I having down graded is the site kept crashing so I was unable to get everything I needed.
But I will differently use them again.

Superb product at a sensible price.

I placed my order having been reassured that living in Dublin would not be a problem. It turned out that there was a problem, not of Pestfix's making and my order was returned to Pestfix. I spoke to Robert, the operations manager who very quickly came up with a solution. This required thinking outside the box to ensure I was able to receive the order and my customer was not inconvenienced in any way. 3 days later my delivery arrived. This could have been very damaging to my business but to be fair to Robert and Pestfix understanding the situation I was in, they went above and beyond and made sure everything worked out. I really appreciate what they did and would have no hesitation in recommending this company and their staff. What I received was excellent custormer service and in todays culture that is very rare.
