This is a SCAM site. Beware.

I ordered a dress for homecoming and they sent a dress that was not at all what I ordered. I emailed them immediately and they replied, offering me to keep it and providing a 20% refund. I replied, telling them I wanted the dress I ordered and my daughter didn't even like the one they sent. The next reply was for me to return it to China at ny expense or accept a 50% refund. They keep dinking me around. I plan to report them as a scam to my credit card company.

I am still hoping for a fair outcome but it is not looking good right now. My purchase was delayed and when finally delivered with FedEx a delivery confirmation picture was showing package at wrong address. I contacted customer service and Fed Ex showing proof that my correct address was on the purchase order. FedEx states it is Petaldolly’s responsibility and Petaldolly states it is FedEx’s responsibility to locate or refund my purchase. Meanwhile I paid for and did not receive my purchase order.
